When flying your drone fo the first time mame sure that you have at least radius clearance of 20ft
Updated Review (2/27/19): I am now giving this product a 5 Star review on the merits of the quadcopter's flight controls. After following a few YOU TUBE calibration and how to fly videos, my Upair One functions well. For a $280+ cost, I do not regret the purchase of this drone. I've also learned, by way of a YOU TUBE video, that the cameras of 2K, 2.7K, and 4K units, settings can be changed between 2k to 4k. My camera came factory set to 2.7K but, I changed it to 4k. Below is my initial 2/26/19 review. Please disregard that review.Yes, I was very excited about today's (2/26/19) delivery/arrival of my Upair One quad copter drone but, unfortunately, I had a NOT so good experience with trying to fly my drone for the first time. With the propellas installed correctly and the drone and fpv battery had full charge and Per page 2 instruction point #8, I had "9" satellites connected with the transmitter. With the drone in "Poshold" and "Home Point Mode", after "arming" the drone, I gently pushed up on the left joystick controller and when the drone responded to the signal, it lifted up about 2 inches above the the ground and started quickly drifting, UNCONTROLLABLY, in the direction to the right side of the camera. I could not control the drone with the FPV controller. I, panicky, turned off the remote in an effort to stop the drone but, the drone had a mind of it's own. It drifted under truck to a point where I was able to grab hold of it and turned it off with the battery. The posted pictures indicates the damages the propellers received after the drone drifted under my truck.Guess what? I the regrouped, installed the extra 2 propellas, and tried to fly the quad copter drone again and again the drone did the same thing. It became uncontrollable after trying to lift, off. By the way, the instruction manual information can use a revision. I purchased this drone because of all of the good reviews it received. I NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HELP me asap with rectifying this problem that I experience with my drone.

Read the horribly translated directions before flying. The drone does exactly what they promise.
Just took my first flight with my new pair 2.7. Went great!!! Received it 3 days ago and got home too late to fly until today. Almost canceled because it was very windy. I had 10 mph winds with 21 mph gusts plus I was a little nervous because it was my first time with a real ( not kids toy) drone. I let the satellites and altimeter stabilize like directions said to do. I set it to position hold from the start and took off. With the wind it would move around about 6 ft and the elevation varied about 4ft but these were not ideal conditions. I flew for 13 minutes and reached 145m high . Video on FPV was a little choppy but video off the sd card was great!! Tried auto home twice just to check it out and both times it landed within 3 ft of the starting point. After first flight I have a lot of confidence in this product and will certainly edit my review or repost if I change my mind but I would recommend the impair 2.7 to my friends

Love this machine and it will serve you.
This is a fantastic camera drone for the money! My Upair One drones have had battery glitches and I have crashed them, though customer service has been great in replacing batteries and/or the whole drone when a failure occurred. I plan to buy the Upair One 4k camera drone for my next one. These are such a bargain and take such great videos and photos. There is no need to have a smart phone or tablet because of the included large 7" FPV and flight data screen as part of the controller. $300 to $400 for such a fun and useful flying machine is a small price that brings a lot of joy.
