I’ll be purchasing this as my everyday matcha
I’ve drank this for a week now and as a big fan of matcha I’m so glad I found this. I actually detest mushrooms. The taste the smell, the fungus of it all. This matcha had no mushroom flavor or aftertaste as suggested. The mushroom ingredients do as they say, I feel more positive and energized even though I’m used to drinking 2 cups of coffee per day. I still feel energized and even focused and upbeat after drinking and I did not expect it to actually follow through. So 10/10 for me and worth the price as most regular matchas are more expensive. Quantity is also worth it

Great taste make sure you follow the directions!!!
This mushroom matcha is a bit stronger than Ryze. So you don’t use as much. It seems like it doesn’t have “fillers.” As far as taste, it’s really nice. I did have to use a bit more stevia than I normally would use with ryze, but that’s just fine with me!I made a “double” meaning 12 oz hot water, a 1/4 tsp coconut oil (unrefined) and 2 1/2 tbs of Nido dry whole milk to make a latte. Bright green color and it made a nice froth, even before I added the milk powder. Definitely measure this out!!! It’s a lot stronger than Ryze!!! 1 tsp per 6-8 ounces is good. For my drink I like 2tsp in 12 ounces of boiling hot water. I may play with this amount. But nice calming effect, great taste, and quit a bit cheaper than the name brand. I can’t taste mushrooms. And to me, this tastes much better than typical green tea. I will buy again when I run out. Very smooth and enjoyable!!!

PROS AND CONS
To start off this review I want to say that I have been taking this product for about 8 days now . There are a lot of mix reviews and can say that every person is different , so here is MY experience . I searched for this specific product ( matcha and mushroom ) because I read into the benefits and as of right now ( in the process of being diagnosed with ADHD ) I was looking for a healthier alternative to coffee that can also help with the major Brian fog /memory issue / extreme tiredness and fatigue I have been experiencing for quite some time. PROS : 1) taste does not bother me at all ( I drink it as a iced latte and add lavender syrup ) and the end result is so yummy to me that it is hard for me to not drink multiple cups . I wasn't a matcha drinker so I can't compare to other matches I've tasted. I've had matcha coffee at cafes before and they do not taste any different ? It doesn't taste fake or metallic or poor quality to me. 2) in the 8 days of taking it once a day consistently, it helped with my energy level through out the day . I'm not crashing hard mid day and I have actually noticed a difference in my ability to focus but not be so jittery and/or get insomnia because of my anxiety . I don't know if things will keep getting better as time goes on as I stay consistent with it but so far I am happy with noticing some results . CONS : 1) this advertises that it comes with a scooper ? It does not come with a scooper . I have to figure out what " a scoop " actually is but since I don't have any scoopers , I use a tablespoon amount . Next cons kind of piggyback off of the first con but you get very little amount for $30 dollars . The bag is the size of my hand and I am a 4'11 petite 108lb girl . I am very sad that you do not get a lot of product for the price it is but hey , this thing is considered boujee and pricey so I guess it could have been worse ? I can do an update later and put down how many days it lasted me but at the one scoop of a table spoon rate ? It will probably last a month or maybe even less . So I wish you got more product but you can't have everything right ? I've read that people say it doesn't mix well ? What I've learned with powders is you need to mix it with water first ( takes longer with a spoon since yes you get clumps that need to dissolve ) but if you use those battery coffee whisk tool , the process is quicker and smoother . You mix your matcha with water and then add it to however you make your drink and it will be out together smoothly . I actually like the process of making it so I guess to each their own . Overall aside from those minor cons , I'm actually enjoying making my matcha /lavender latte at home without having to pay so much at a cafe everyday for it . You save money ( at least a little more than compared to going to a place everyday and buying one ) and get a great quality drink out of it.

Something Wrong with this Stuff
When I first tried this product, I thought it doesn't taste too bad - more like matcha than mushrooms. Just add a little creamer in it and you had a matcha latte.I have had a cup of this every morning and I am nearly finished with the bag.It does not mix well because by the time I get to the bottom of my cup, there are clumps of the product, I would guess about 25-30% of the product I put in the cup is left over at the bottom of it.I have not seen any health benefits. If anything, I fear there may be heavy metals contained in this powder because now that I am nearly at the end of the bag, I get a metallic taste in my mouth every time I drink this. I didn't get this taste when I started with the product. The metallic taste lasts all day and it won't go away. I know it is from the powder because on days that I don't drink the tea, I don't get a metallic taste in my mouth.I can only wonder what damage this has already done on my kidneys.I don't recommend this product.

Bitter aftertaste
I really wanted to like this product because it's less money. However, as they say: you get what you pay for. Despite adding creamer, this did not deter the bitter aftertaste. I opted this time to get a more expensive brand (Ryze) and this delivered the results I was looking for. Please! Get a frother (love my frother) or whisk for those of you complaining about matcha powder not dissolving. Thank you 🙂
