I received my led mask and it doesn’t charge, it doesn’t work

I bouhght this item because my sister was really satisfied with its blue light and how it helps with acne. My daughter is also using it for acne - her skin is moderate now. I am using red light and not so sure it is helping. Have been using it consistently for a 2 ,5 month. May be those who see me from the side would notice better but pores are still the same , and no other wow effects that are visible to me. Will continue using it cuz there is no harm. But i am not sure wether these red light masks work or no

a few months after purchase the battery life started significantly degrading, didn't think much about it as I could easily just charge it over and over bang on 13 months and doesn't charge at all, complete dud, and yes warranty is 12 months for the price it feels like a scam, over 1k and needs replacing every year is not value for money at all

The battery goes off very quickly and you need to charge frequently. Also timings are less than 3 minutes, most of the times stops after 1 minute!

Helps with skin texture

Battery life is a real disappointment, after the first 2 months of use it barely held charge and the red light in particular seems to drain the battery fast. I sometimes only get 2 to 3 uses before it needs a recharge and occasionally the red light will only be on for a minute before it switches off.
