Very disappointing product, on first use the frame buckled and broke in multiple places. The design is poor and the frame is weak so does not stand up to any reasonable use. Avoid this product at all costs, worst £180 I have ever spent....

Bought because we were having work done on our house and didn't want the carpenters to set up their workshop in our newly painted sitting room. So for over a month they had all their kit under the gazebo and were able to saw away etc whatever the weather. We had some pretty windy days and nights when we thought we'd lose it - we're on the coast - but it seemed stable (we had also bought some weights which I'd strongly recommend). It took a bit of fiddling around to get it back in the bag, but two of us managed to get it to go back in in the end. For us it was a really good buy.

I decided to ignore the negative reviews and take a gamble as I percieved that the positives reviews had outwieghed the negative ones. How wrong I was! I had purchased this item as a shelter in the event of rain for a garden BBQ as it was advertised as fully waterproof. A few hours under light rain proved otherwise. A very dangerous claim to make as I had setup lighting and sound and had power outlets setup ready for the event but returned a couple of hours later with the tables soaked, and my electronic equipment waterlogged. The popup frame was easy to setup and a real treat, just a shame the cover wasn't functional. Returned to Amazon minus postage but its better than throwing in the bin where it belongs and losing my money. Avoid!

I am very disappointed that this is NOT WATERPROOF AT ALL! I put it up last night and today it has rained for the first time. EVERYTHING inside is soaking wet and the roof is holding puddles of water in several places!! It was easy to erect and seemed perfect in the dry but now I'll have to buy a different one for wet weather! I want my money back! I would have given it zero stars if possible but couldn't submit my review without giving it one star - which I suppose it could have due to being easy to install.

We ordered two of these, and within days one had broken. We had a lot of problems getting this returned and had to arrange this ourselves via a courier.

Happened to read some of the negative reviews for this product and thought I'd have to respond with a positive one. We bought one of these in 2010 and we still use it every summer. In fact I am sitting in it right now. It stays up for weeks on end and creates a brilliant outdoor space for the family to eat, snooze , party and play within.It's survived torrential rain, winds and summer storms. It's waterproof up to a point, eventually the water collects in the roof and sometimes leaks a bit through the seams, but it's still pretty good - have wondered about punching some eyes through to let it drain but have never got around to it, easy enough to tip them out once in a while. Yes, bits do sometimes break and bend however they are easy to replace with a screwdriver and socket set; buy some spares. I probably replace one or two struts each year, it only takes a few moments. Make sure you use some weights & pegs on the legs and fit the additional cross braces and all is good.For the money, our gazebo has been amazingly good value and when it finally does blow away we'll be buying another one!!

The media could not be loaded.  I understand that some people have had a good experience with theirs but that is certainly not my experience my advice would be don't waste your time or money! The frame of this snapped the first day we put it up! Some of the velcro ties tore off by the next day, water dripped through when we had rain (doesn't sound very waterproof does it) what didn't drip through gathered in the roof causing a dip which then dripped through, trying to get the frame back down was even worse, we ended up with a pile of twisted metal...no that isn't the name of the latest Rock Band that's literally what we were left with! It was also a hassle getting the item returned as some courier services were not doing collection due to covid and it was too heavy to post via royal mail...what a hassle!

Recently ordered a 6m x 3m pop up gazebo with this company through Amazon. Impressed with the build quality of the frame but the sides had a fault leaving the windows not very well printed. Its not a major thing and I am a reasonable person but over £100 I expect better so I tried to get through to them to replace the sides and not send the whole thing back at their expense through Amazon as its a pretty heavy thing. I sent them photos showing the issue and 3 sides being faulty printed, and now almost 2 weeks later I cant get through the phone and my emails go unanswered.I have until June to return it which will be the likely outcome from this and quite frankly given a rather professional website Id have expected much better customer service (even during the COVID-19 epidemic) I will update if I ever manage to get through to anyone or a reply from anyone, but over 12 phone calls and alot of me on hold I am not optimistic. Oh also the phone line is terrible after a few mins on hold it says you can request a call back pressing star which they dont do, and it even says you can press the £ sign which im pretty sure most phones dont have.Pay that little more and go for a better firm.
