Blackhawk Nightedge Fixed Blade Knife with Molle Compatible Ballistic Sheath, BH15NE10BK

I wanted a knife that can attach to a molle system for my Marine Corps gear, or else that has eyelets to have velcro attachments where it could then be fastened to my chest rig; however, neither of those were possible with the included sheath. The sheath basically can only be attached to a belt. So I had to jury-rig it myself by cutting it up, putting holes in it, burning it to keep it from fraying, all just to make it work. I did try writing the manufacturer, but all they said was, that's the only sheath that comes with it. They didn't even say they could see my use case and would consider providing other options in the future. Very disappointing.With that all said, the handle itself is rather thin and small. If you have smaller hands, this will probably be perfect for you. For someone with larger hands, like myself, one's fingers wrap around a bit to much for solid articulation during usage; so not ideal.With that said, the blade itself is very sharp and seems solid. I overlooked the fact that it was serrated in parts, which is would've avoided if I had realized upfront, but part is my fault, not the manufacturer's; just something to be aware of.Overall, if you're a smaller person looking for a casual camping knife, this would likely fit the bill. If you're a military person, such as myself, you can probably find better options elsewhere, especially for the price.

I like the fact that is a full tang, well built and razor sharp! The handle is perfect, good grip and tough. According to a YouTube review video, the guy said that it was very heavy, and made me hesitate on my purchase; however, that wasn't the case at all. The knife which is intended for combat applications and survival, is easy and light to wield. Easy forward angles and reverse angles, thrusting movements are easy with the design of the handle. This knife is solid and could be an all around military/survival knife. I gave it 4 stars, because of the sheath. For the price, it could have been an all kydex, instead of a hybrid, nevertheless, the sheath will do. I am very happy with the purchase.
