UGREEN USB C to Ethernet Adapter, Gigabit Wired Network Adapter

I recently purchased the UGREEN USB C to Ethernet Adapter, and I have been exceptionally pleased with its performance. As someone who relies heavily on a stable internet connection for both work and leisure, this adapter has been a game-changer. Firstly, the build quality of this adapter is top-notch. The aluminum casing not only gives it a sleek and modern look but also ensures durability and effective heat dissipation. It feels sturdy and well-made, which is reassuring for frequent use. The setup was incredibly straightforward. It was a true plug-and-play experience with my MacBook Pro, requiring no additional drivers or software. Within seconds, I was connected to a wired network, enjoying the benefits of a more stable and faster internet connection compared to Wi-Fi. In terms of performance, the UGREEN adapter delivers exactly what it promises. I have consistently experienced gigabit speeds, which is perfect for my needs, whether I am streaming high-definition videos, participating in video conferences, or transferring large files. The connection has been reliable with no noticeable drops or interruptions. One feature I particularly appreciate is its compact and lightweight design. It is easy to carry around and fits perfectly in my laptop bag without adding any bulk. This makes it an ideal companion for travel or remote work setups. Overall, I highly recommend the UGREEN USB C to Ethernet Adapter to anyone seeking a reliable and high-performing solution for wired internet connectivity. It combines excellent build quality, ease of use, and outstanding performance, making it worth every penny.

You sometimes wonder how these get made to such a high quality point for the money as this network port is housed in an aluminium extrusion and even includes the network status lights you get with proper network switches. Ugreen seem to consistently make good stuff. Works well. 5* no problem. Useful gadget as a lot of laptops these days don't have ethernet ports and sometimes you need to fallback onto a trusty physical connection. Weighs about 30g. Used on both linux and windows 11 OK.

Works great for the pc but be aware that it doesn't seem to support andriod 16. Not sure what's happened and or if it has been stripped out of the update. So dont expect it to work great with your phone. Both my pixel 9 and fold8 ultra did not like it.

I bought this adapter recently to use with my phone after having ongoing issues with broadband coverage around the house, and it’s been a simple but effective solution. I mainly use it with my phone to get a stable wired connection where Wi-Fi just isn’t reliable, and it’s made a noticeable difference straight away. Setup was straightforward. I plugged it in, connected an Ethernet cable, and it worked without needing to install anything. The connection feels solid and consistent, especially compared to the dropouts I was getting on Wi-Fi. Speeds have been good and more than enough for streaming, downloads and general use. The build quality is better than I expected. The aluminium casing feels sturdy and doesn’t get excessively warm, even after being used for long periods. It’s compact enough to carry around easily, which is useful if you move between rooms or want to take it with you. Overall, this has been a reliable fix for poor wireless coverage in my home. It does exactly what it’s meant to do without fuss, and I’m happy with how well it’s performed so far. I like sharing my experience in case it helps someone else, as I always find detailed reviews useful when I'm deciding.

Great product - plug and play on Mac. When my ethernet socket on my Mac failed I decided to try a USB-C Ethernet Adapter and chose the Ugreen product. It worked really well as soon as it was connected.

Works very well, bit of a dead spot on the wifi at rear of house this was a cheap and easy way to solve the problem, speed seem good at first couple of WhatsApp video calls nice and stable.👍

Decent quality and feel. It works as indicated. Good value for money, worth the purchase

What can one say about such a device. It works. Solidly. Delivering a full speed 1Gbps full duplex into my home Gigabit fibre broadband service. Also, what else might one expect from UGreen other than total plug and play success. I use it with Apple MacBook equipment, it just works, without any additional drivers.
