I have been using this air cleaner for one year. I bought it primarily because we use a wood stove in the winter. During the winter, we used the unit about 2 hours a day and more often while re-lighting the stove. The unit seemed to sense when it needed gear up. When I thought the unit should cycle, it did. I have turned the unit on to test it when I think the air is good, and should not run, and it acts as I expect. Today, we had our house sprayed for bugs. (Northern MI has lot of bugs). Turned the unit on and strong cycled for a half hour! I am very pleased with this product.

I live in Eugene Oregon, which has horrible grass pollen problems. Very high is over 200 and it was 850 the other day. This lasts for the month of June. When I come into the house I can feel my sinuses opening up and I can breathe normally. These units are doing a great job of filtering out the pollen in my house. We're keeping the house closed up and running them 24 hours a day. Mostly staying inside. They are a bit expensive, but it's cheaper than moving!

Great product! I was waking up with headaches everyday until I bought the set of 2. 1 for upstairs and 1 for the bottom. It's not noisy unless you put it on full blast then its loud and usually the only time it goes full blast is if my dog walks by or I'm vacuuming. The air feels and smells fresh. The filters don't seem to last long that's the only thing. Did a lot of research and this is a good buy thats not very expensive compared to some out there.

I have three big dogs the dust. The dander was way out of control worse than when I lived in the country. I would dust and vacuum and by the time I was done with that room I’d have to go back and do it again.These little units are amazing. I now only have to dust maybe twice a week and it’s very minimal on my tables. The house smells better wish I would’ve bought these seven years ago definitely definitely worth the price and purchase.

I have 2 of the 400’s. Just bought the second one. Did I need another one, probably not. But I’ve seen less dust and I sleep great. Just thought an xtra one will make it even better! We had a dust storm recently in Dallas. You could barely see across the street. My one unit ran on red for hours. Guess I need better windows, lol. I was glad to see my unit was working as it should. Excellent product!

Wow, great air purifier. I also ordered the larger rectangular one, but the fan in thehad a louder vibration I couldn't tolerate, and I returned that one. But THIS ONEdoesn't have that, it's smooth sounding / like a white noise machine and it worksgreat. I ordered 2 more of these from my apartment. Easy to start, easy to understand,easy to maintain. The filters aren't even that expensive. I can breathe easier already.(mold allergy)

Great customer service. First purifier that I received did not workCalled vendor and they immediately sent out a replacement machine. It works great, very happy with the air purifier. Allergies are much better and the machine is very quiet.
