Buyer Be Mindful
I gave the book two stars because there are a few spiritual statements that are helpful, but read on and see why you need to be mindful of the entire book.I have read Initiation, Self Healing, Yoga & Destiny, and Sexual Energy and Yoga by Elisabeth Haich. On the surface they all seem to be spiritually inclined. However, there are way too many references to eugenics, superiority, Illuminati, judgment, and a holier-than-thou attitude throughout all three books. It screams New World/Old World Order. She even references the Illuminati multiple times in two of her books. This is not to say that there isn’t any spiritual wisdom or guidance in these books. The challenging part is to pick out what is positive energy and what is negative energy. Remember, the dark agenda will give you just enough positive information and truth to gain your trust. Once they have your trust, they will deceive and misguide you so they can control you and others. (This is not a fear statement, either. This is just how the dark agenda operates.)Here is an interesting—real life—experience as a result of one of her books. I have been under attack from the secret government/alien/MKUltra agenda for years. One of the mind-control tactics used by the negative agenda is to place implants in the auditory cortex of the brain to create a clicking sound that is used for manipulation. (A right click is intended to act as a “yes” or a “do this” command; a left click is intended as a “no” or “don’t do this” command.) The closer I got to her initiation process—as explained in her book—the more right clicks I received. This was done to lead me toward completing the same initiation. When I got to Haich’s actual re-initiation in the book and I refused to take the initiation with her, the clicking sound went berserk. I knew I did the right thing by refusing the dark path. It’s my understanding that the Masons also used similar Egyptian initiation rituals. If you partake in Haich’s initiation, you might unknowingly initiate yourself into the dark agenda. Here is some more enlightening information. Haich also wants you to control your sexual urges and orgasms. One of the bdsm domination moves used by the dark agenda is to get you to willingly use chastity devices and develop a chastity mentality. Chastity, domination, and slavery are just another form of control that gives the dark side power. Love—especially love shared in the form of physical contact—is frowned upon by the dark side. The questions to ask yourself are: Does your version of a higher power, God, Universal Consciousness, (insert your name for deity here) require an initiation? Does your deity require 100% chastity?Another observation is Haich’s devotion to yoga. I have no problem with yoga. I like yoga and have practiced it myself. My concern is the false claims she makes about what yoga will do for you. If she was a devout practitioner of her version of yoga, Haich would have remained youthful and vibrant in her physical appearance—as she claimed yoga and chastity will do. This is not the case, since she passed away as an elderly woman.I am not judging Haich or the dark agenda, nor is my intent to put Haich down in any way. I am just pointing out the logical and living proof.I could be completely wrong about my assessment. And if I am, I will change this report. Until then, I hope this review will help others in their search for knowledge and truth.

Ancient Wisdom, modern applications
Elizabeth Haich explored Yoga in the mid 20th century and although the prose is somewhat old fashioned by modern standards, the information is as relevant as ever. Long before well known authors wrote about positive affirmations or mind training the Yogis recognised the power of the mind. This book explores this ancient wisdom, and is therefore, well worth revisiting.

Great, but short.
The author has a way of making you think outside the box that I love. I found her other book 'Initiation' to be amazing. I also have 'Yoga and sexual energy', but I have yet to read it properly. This book isn't so much about physical Yoga, but about how to approach it mentally and understand the underlying principles and concepts behind it. I found it very insightful.
