Hello ladies of Amazon!I'm 5ft 1, hover between size 18 and size 22. Currently towards the higher end!! Bought an XL and a large. To my surprise, BOTH FIT.For those with big bellies and /or bums: you can rest assured that there's no cling with these dresses (often a huge concern). The material is light nylon, easy to hand wash if you wish to wash and wear again, a nice length (you could wear those long legged undies to prevent chafing and without detection) and the two I bought have been awesome during this insanely hot spell.One thing which prevents five stars, the ruching isn't terribly firm and it's about an inch too short for my chest. That said, even without trying off the little halter strap, the dress remains in place. It works, but could be improved with deeper, firmer ruching. I have a fair size bust and it hasn't put me off.I'm not sure there's actually a difference in size as both the large and XL fit without clinging to my ample tummy region.Don't delay, these are really comfy, simple to wear, easy wash (hand or machine), comfortable dresses which help avoid the daft sports bra and vest tan lines we've accumulated over summer!!Bottom line : not so great for huge boobs, but great for big bellies and bums; very soft, non-clinging, inexpensive summer dress which could also be great for days at home when you can't be bothered to get dressed!!

I'm UK size 16 and I've bought 3 colours in size XL. You can see from my photo the differences! The green is tight on me, and is the thinnest fabric, the blue is perfect in size & fabric thickness, and the purple is the worst quality but so comfy to wear. I'm fine to wear them all, since the material is stretchy. If you have a bigger chest, I'd recommend to one up in size. Cheap and cheerful, and great for hot weather.

On first encounter it looked so laughably minuscule I almost didn't try it on. But this dress has magical qualities and would probably fit two of me if there was another me to test the theory with. At the same time, it doesn't look too big with just my one unique self inside it. How does it do that? I like the fabric (very lightweight), the cut and the smocky stitching. It can be taken off by pulling it up or down. I appreciate that kind of versatility in a garment. It's not an heirloom piece but I'm expecting it to last two or three summers by which time people will be pointing and mocking because smocky stitching will be so passé. I bought a second one in dark blue. It's that good.

I found the material thicker than expected and the sizing on the sheering quite tight. I'm a 16 and bought a XL.

These dresses run a little small as l have a lot of this style. Just snip a few places in the elastic and then the style Is great.

Love this wee dress took it on holiday put some beads on fitted biker jacket and chunky trainersIt was gorgeous ❤️ Might buy it again as it’s a bit big I’m 12 stone and 5ft 3 I bought xl and think m or large would have been fine 🤩

states that it fits up to a size 22 unfortunately if you are large busted this is not for u im a 40d and its very very tight uncomfortable in fact id say its more for a small busted person it took long enough to arrive not worth sending it back given to 13 year old grand daughter.
