Great service and products

As expected

Much like the powdered version as others. I bought a *ostco brand that is already grated and not powder form and highly reviewed and was surprised it didn't taste any better then this one. Perhaps the powder version is saltier?

No complaints about this grated parmesan. It has a nice flavor that's better than the typical pre-packed grated parmesan, with a pleasant sharpness. The cost per ounce is reasonable.

365 by Whole Foods Market, Grated Parmesan Cheese, 8 Ounce. First time trying Whole Foods Parmesan Cheese is good. Right amount of grated cheese fullyness flakes taste good. Put it on anything you like if you are a chees lover you'll love this.

The first time I bought this, it was very much like the Parmesan I used to get from Italy. Very dry, very small and hard particles. Not very strong flavor though. This second batch I bought is very different, but also delicious. These cannisters have a cheese that has larger, almost fluffy crumbs of cheese. Like Kraft, but bigger and softer. Not dry either, but moist. The taste does still have a delicate, almost nutty flavour, but it is also so much creamier. Seriously, think of Kraft sliced American white cheese with a hint of Parmesan nuttyness in it. As long as the flavor stays like this, this is going to stay my favorite Parmesan cheese, even if it is not very traditional.

This tastes toMe like I just grated fromA block of good cheese. I will always use this to top my soups, salads and of course pasta. I’m sure I’m done with Kraft after tasting this.

So with this being a 365 product, I had really high hopes for this product. As much as I wanted to love or even just like it, I didn't. It has a mealy texture and a pronounced weird flavor. I would not recommend.
