Got it today shipping was perfect nothing was really damaged. except for they put my Wi-Fi plug in wrong but all you need is an Ethernet cord for that. 10/10 I recommend

Surprisingly Good Pc
Delivery well packaged box wrap outside and in .PC runs smooth with low noise level fans.The graphics card is legit 👌 and somehow overall CPU is good enough to play Starfield..I am pleased ..

Graphics card does not work
The third day I had this PC the graphics card shut down and I wasn't able to do anything luckily I'm in the middle of a return right now. hopefully I can get my money back.

Horrible Prebuilt
I bought this as a gift for my brother and after a a few weeks the prebuilt is no longer functioning at all and for what i paid for this thing i’m pretty disappointed.

Graphics card is defective
Ordered this on Friday and got it today for my son to use primarily for gaming. Got it set up and it doesn't work. Graphics card is defective. Already set up a return.

Great PC Until you need to use the warranty
A friend of mine purchased a pc and it died after her having it a month. She got a year warranty on it, and when she contacted the seller about her PC no longer working, they didn't want to honor the warranty, saying they "sold all their products to Amazon" and won't give her a new PC. Now she's fighting to see if she can get a new PC after spending the money she saved up to purchase. Proceed to purchase from this seller with caution.
