Q: where is this scale made?

I have no idea where this was made. All I know is when I got it in the mail it was in pieces! Broken. Very cheaply made. I did return it and had no problems with my refund.

Q: Can anyone recommend a scale that works??? Ordered three different types.....all bad and inaccurate. Geezzz, what happened to quality in this country.

I know exactly what you're talking about. It's all hit and miss. The products must be being made in another country and the work outsourced, it would seem. I have bought countless scales in the last five years that will give me different readings over and over. It's insane, but I've noticed many things, like TV's, etc. have a pattern, that is of being made very cheaply, and or thrown together. It's the Internet and all the options. It's not like these people are paying a lot for advertising, and their able to get customers from all over. I noticed this trend with films produced by Amazon, Netflix, etc. Even with the BEST directors they're bad. It's like the films are being pushed threw an assembly line. Not to be believed.

No. I purchased this scale, and returned it two days later. Regardless of how many times I tried to adjust it, the weight was different each and every time. Two attempt, one right after the other, with no adjustment, would result in a weight as much as eight pounds different that the previous. Completely useless as a scale, I'm sorry to say.

Q: Anyone using with walker?

no , but I think a walker would fit around it and that you could easily use it with a walker. (My husband used a walker in the past for stability, but not since we got this scale.)
