K3 Speed Camera Warning System - With Free Database Updates

What a great little device, worth every penny. Just completed a 200 mile journey from the north east to Scotland along the A1 and it picked up on every speed camera location and even bleeps constantly if you are going over the speed limit and only stops when you reduce your speed to the correct limit. It did go off a few times when there was no camera, but put that down to hot spot location. Overall I think it has paid for it`s self in 1 journey. Instruction came in English and all I had to do was charge it up and wait a few minutes to get a signal. It`s that simple.

Ok unit Probably be better of buying a cheap sat nav

Have only just started using it and seems like a decent bit of kit for the price. Gave it a try out on my local manor and it seems to have located most of the known mobile trap and fixed camera sites. One gripe would be that it doesn't seem to alert you when the battery is running low which could prove costly if you forget to check the charge status regularly!

Brilliant piece of kit, compact ,,VERY efficient, locates everything ,and gives good warning of any cameras. Really good buy!!!!

Waste of money, fiddly to constantly charge and didn't work. I'm now looking for a new device!

I had high hopes for this as I wanted something small that was easy to use and didn't add another screen. Also wanted something quick that I could leave in the car. Sadly this didn't offer me what I needed... The biggest issue is that it doesn't actually seem to work. I got a series of random beeps that didn't seem to relate to the location of cameras. It missed at least one on a gantry on the M6 too. So basically, not fit for purpose. The speed warning is annoying as it seems to constantly be on (u can switch this off in settings). The fact there is no screen did end up being an issue. I think you need something simple to tell you why it's bleeping etc. The battery is a pain. Would prefer to leave it plugged in and let it switch on and off with the car. As it is, if you leave it when you get out of the car it will stay on until the battery dies. Signal strength isn't great, it needs direct line of site to the satellites, unlike my iPhone. Having to update on a PC is a pain, over the air seems much more sensible. Sent it back and will go with an app on my phone, not ideal but seems like the best option.
