i dont understand the full matte option.. do they only come out as matte if i use glossy polish?

They are matte for better adhesion. You can use any polish to on top of you want them glossy

Do these require gel glue or can you use regular nail glue?

I have used both. I think they stay on better with nail glue.

Can the matte tips be used for flower encapsulation? Will the flowers be clear?

They will become clear when you top coat them, so yes, you can use them to encapsulate the flowers. Matte makes the gel and gel polish to adhere better

Can these be used for poly fill or apply acrylic to top to make them last longer?

I’ve used poly gel, builder gel (in a pot) but my favorite is a 2-in-1 Builder Base Gel by AIMEILI (brush on in a bottle and self-leveling).
