40lbs - 60lbs

Pros - Good value - Good quality. this is made from tough material and I like the way that the movable weights are put together - ease of adjustment; this will go into both columns. The weights are easily removed and added to the vest, which given my experience with other products, isn't always the case Cons: - The shoulders need some padding. I've just added myself after the fact (not hard to do), but it is essential to being able to use this effectively - The adjustability of the neck opening: it doesn't existing. For me (6'2'' 210 lbs) the neck opening is relatively narrow, which at higher weights puts a ton of pressure in uncomfortable points on my neck. I solved some of this by rolling the shoulder straps up and adding padding, but ultimately it would be better if there was a way to raise/lower where the vest sits (i.e. adjustable shoulder straps)

I purchased to 60 pound vest and have been using it for about a month. The first thing I noticed was the quality of the material and the solid craftsmanship. This vest is expected to haul around heavy weight and it uses materials suitable for the job. The strength and stitching is what you need to do the job. It’s definitely not a cheaply made product. I started with 24 pounds to get a feel for the pack. I soon added another 12 pounds to 36 and will be adding another 12 in the coming days. The addition/subtraction of weight is easy - just slip the weights in/out. Takes seconds. I did not order the should pads when I bought it. This may have been a mistake. About two weeks into my daily use of the best my shoulders were literally killing me. It was about the time I added weight. Instead of waiting for shoulder pads I stole four sponges from my wife’s kitchen supplies and used two for each shoulder. PROBLEM SOLVED! The weight definitely adds a challenge. I use the vest on my daily 5.5 mile walks. The vest gets my heart rate going a lot more and I’m spending most of my time in Zone 2 and Zone 3. Before it was mostly Zone 1. Nice for the heart and the fat burn. I’m really pleased with this product. It adds a great element to my walks. Gives me that “spent” feeling, which I didn’t really get from walking without the vest. It’s great finding a product on Amazon that actually does what it says!

Would have been a 5 Star but the weight I ordered came incorrectly. I had ordered the 60lbs version but received the 50lbs version. Otherwise the size fits great, material is great quality, and I didn’t notice any strange smell or design flaws. I would buy this product again, given I receive the correct weightage.

I bought this 5 years ago and still use it to this day. Great product and I love that it's adjustable. I can increase the weight and decrease so easily depending on what type of workout I'm trying to get in. It fits me well and the velcro straps are easily adjustable for my size. I'm a smaller framed woman and love this vest.

I got the 60lbs vest and it's high quality and the stitching is superb! With the 60lbs you got these sand bag weights which are put together great which gives me no worries of it ever leaking. Both sides of the vest have a velcro area you can open up and remove the sand bags which weight 5lbs each 6 on each side so you can start out small and work your way up. I tried doing 60 right away and you can tell the difference in breathing its insane so I dropped to 20lbs and i'll gradually add more. I wear a Sauna top and sauna hat from Kutting Weight with it and i'm losing 1lb or more a day so far between the two walking 45 minutes - 1 hour twice a day. My only thing i'd say negative about it is when I walked for 20 minutes with 60lbs straight from the box it killed my shoulders i'd try the pads with it i'll be rigging my own shoulder pads with old shirts that don't fit haha

well made and secure. very strong velcro and tight fit for the weight sacks stops it from sloshing around. it fits great against the body contours. i didn't buy it with the shoulder pads but feel fine with just a shirt underneath (a little temporary redness on the traps but nothing painful). i bought the 60lb and took out some weights to build up over time. really my only complaint is the front netted pocket piece is hard to access. would be nice to have a zipper there rather than the velcro from behind. i don't bother using it.

After several days of utilizing the vest to workout on my runs, I can safely say that this is definitely worth your time and money. It is extremely comfortable and easy to wear while running and being able to adjust the weight is nice. My one complaint, and while it isn't a major one is the inability to see how much weight is in each bag to adjust the weight. Otherwise the features of this vest are suitable and easy to use.

This vest is great for adding weight to workouts like pull ups, dips, sit ups, push ups, etc. I've used it a few times so far and really like it. It's easy to change the amount of weight in the vest, and the quality is great overall. The product is very durable. I used it from everything from just lifting it to weighted pushups/planks/etc. It is still in the same way as when I bought it. The material is kind of rough though, you may want to wear a softer Tshirt or tanktop so the straps don't constantly grind on your shoulders. Highly recommended.

WOW that is heavier than I expected! I bought the 60 pound one and hoo-boy is it heavy! I consider myself a decently strong guy and even for me, the motion of lifting and putting on the vest is quite difficult. It definitely helps burn some calories though, a regular walking speed felt like a run! Well built, definitely won’t break anytime soon. One problem I have though is that the straps somewhat hurt your shoulder and neck, so you may need to take frequent breaks.

Sturdy, it does what it supposed to, you need some support on your shoulders, I bought without pads, I use some hand towels to cushion the weight, I recommend it to keep fit.

I have the 60lb version. Product matches description and reviews. It is very sturdy and the comfort without the shoulder pads is acceptable for my usage which is 1 hour walks and exercises in my home gym such as squats and lunges.
