Price was reasonable. No after taste. Pill was a little harder to take being it was not the soft gel kind. But effectiveness and quality was good.

I bought these several years ago after reading a study that said magnesium and zinc supplements were show to greatly reduce the symptoms of PMS in women. Specifically I was having bad brain fog that was obviously connected to my hormonal cycle, as well as breast swelling and tenderness. When I started taking these, it was like night and day. The cycle related brain fog is almost completely nonexistent now, and my boobs still get tender/swollen some cycles - but much less often and more mildly than before. Also, I always find that I have more energy when I’m taking these than when I’m not. Every once in a while we will run out before buying a refill and I will have to be off of them for a bit. Then, whenever I start back up, I notice how much my energy levels rise. Apparently I always mention it to my husband because the last time I did he pointed out that I rediscover that nearly EVERY time. 😂😂😂 Note - the daily dose is 3 pills, but since the values are so high and I also take a prenatal, I cut it back to 2 per day. I will occasionally add in a 3rd pill in the week before my period if I feel my PMS symptoms are stronger than usual - it knocks that crap right out.

All three work in tandem for a better feeling. Boosts energy, promoted sleeping and helps during that time of the month.
