This is a great deal at a great price. You get a lot for what you pay. The bag looks and feels good quality, the gloves are nice but run a little small. Wish there was an option to choose your own size. You get a lot of accessories in this package. But overall it’s a good quality product at excellent price. Will update my review once it’s filled and hung up. Will definitely recommend it!.

This is a great set for the martial artist wanting to train at home. Everything durable and easy to assemble and a great deal for all you receive in the set. I can tell my family will enjoy using this heavy bag for a long time.

I can't believe how much you get for the price here. On top of that, the quality of what you get appears to be quite high. I have no formal training, never taken a kickboxing class or formal martial arts training, so I have nothing to compare this against, but I do have experience in manufacturing and can tell these folks pay attention to their quality. The bag itself is very heavy duty vinyl, the hanging straps appear to be the same heavy duty seat belt material seen in cars. The included hanging hardware is made of painted steel and heavy lag bolts (plus drywall anchors, though this should probably be hanged from a ceiling joist or similar. There's also a steel loop on the bottom, I assume for attacking a weight or to secure it to the floor or something.The bag and hanging hardware itself would have been worth what I paid but that's just the beginning. Also included are knee sleeves, wrist wraps, a phone case that straps around the bag, and even my own pair of boxing gloves! It also includes a jump rope that's higher quality than anything I had in high school, and even this fun little training ball on a string with a headband (be careful if you're a beginner like me, the ball can (and will!) come back and hit you in the face if you aren't careful lol. All part of the fun!I am blown away by the quality and value of this kit. I would not hesitate to purchase this again. What you get for the money simply can't be beat.One final note - the 6 foot bag becomes is closer to 6.5 feet once it's attached to the ceiling. Be sure your ceiling is actually tall enough! I have 7 foot ceilings in my basement and the filled bag hangs only about 6 inches off the floor.

Finally filled it after gathering soooo many clothes and it ripped during the second workout. One heel kick and you would have thought I sliced it with a katana. You would think a muy thai bag could handle some devastating kicks but it couldn’t. Unfortunately it took me too long to get filled and hang to get a refund started but I wanted to warn everyone else. Get a better quality bag because this one is crap.

What a steal of a deal! For the price you could not ask for better equipment. You get so much stuff for a fraction of the cost if you purchased other brands. The bag is heavy duty, durable, and will no doubt last a very long time. The gloves are great quality and perfect for someone who may be starting out hitting a bag. Hand wraps, ankle wraps, a jump rope, a phone holder, mounting hinge, I mean where else can you get some much equipment in a package deal for this price.
