Great little system
Comes as described, I am a windows user who needed a small system to run things like xschem and geanie, which are for CMOS design and testing of the design respectively and can only be run on Linux. They are somewhat computationally taxing programs, and this machine had absolutely no problem with them. It comes with a bracket as well that you can mount to a wall, under your desk, etc. was really convenient as I don't need any more clutter on my desk, however this thing is small and portable. about the size of a sandwich. It does make a little bit of noise, however it is no louder than a pc setup. just has a bit of a higher pitch because it uses a "squirrel cage" fan design. I guess it has to because of the compact size. In my opinion other reviews exaggerate the sound level a bit. Mine is mounted upside down under a shelf above my monitor, which is not 2 feet away from my head and I am unbothered by it.

Vendor does not back warranty items
Buyer beware. It was a great little product, but we were no longer able to log on.. I've been dealing with global distribution for three weeks with no resolution on a warranty item. Apparently, they do not honor their warranties. They have been reported to Amazon who assures me that they will be contacting them. I'm not bagging on the mini computer. It's the vendor that is difficult to deal with and offers. No resolutions. They had me pay for shipping back a warranty item so that's another $20 that I'm out

Great for a beginner!
Perfect if you are new to a Linux distro. Ubuntu is already installed and it does not ask you to accept and endless amount of terms and conditions like Windows and Mac do. It also has similar software like Microsoft 360 but it is free and has more options to encrypt. The UI was easier than what I expected,

The company did try to reach out and fix the issue for me.
I left the original review on here, to describe the problem. The company did reach out to me, to try to fix the issues I was and am having with the computer. I did not get that email, due to fault of my own. I did give them 3 stars for the effort, but didn't give 5 stars, due to the operating system on the computer still being so very frustrating. I have not been able to fix it yet. I am on my second day of trying to set this up. The major issue I am running into is, it keeps dropping my internet connection, which I have never had an issue with before on any computer of any type I have run in that exact spot. This morning, it finally would let me get to the Ubuntu software folder to get to the software that may or may not help or run. I tried to install Stellarium and it will not run at all. I have to keep getting up and walking across the room to where it is, to redo the internet, and keep putting in my password, so it is working for a good exercise device. I can not watch anything from the internet in its entirety, as it keeps cutting off my wifi signal. The first four hours of trying to set it up, was an exercise in patience, as in it would do nothing at all. It would not load up the store for apps, it would not run firefox that it came with for more than a few minutes, before cutting off the wifi. I have run Linux before, but nothing that was this frustrating or bad. I had enjoyed working with Linux in the past, but wow, this has really been something. I suggest going with something different, if you treasure your sanity.

So far, so good
Bought about 3 weeks ago and so far it's a seamless replacement for my old tower. Other reviews mentioned issues with installing a new OS but I had no problems replacing the stock OS with Linux Mint 22. Didn't have to do anything with the BIOS. Running two monitors via HDMI and my usage is just web browsing, email and streaming video. Working well, good value.

Okay for basic Linux Host
I would have like something a little more powerful. I'm in the process of build a Proxmox lab and this system will function as a host but not powerful enough serve as a Plex server which was the original intent.

Quick and easy to operate.
I plugged accessories into it, turned it on, created an account and I was online that easy. I found some card games and have been having a great time. It is the fastest computer I own. Faster that Windows and faster than Apple. This computer is now my go to for daily use. Fast access to the internet makes it great.

Okay but no technical support, quality issues
GyberGeek has a tech support number, but you usually only get a voicemail and they never call you back. One time I managed to get a person, but they had no technical knowledge and said they'd make a ticket and have them call me back. That never happened, of course. Also, there seem to be some quality control problems. I'm running Ubuntu 22.04. The USB ports should all support USB 3.0, but for some reason, the kernel is falling back to USB 2.0 speeds. After a lot of googling, the best I can work out is that their motherboards kinda hit or miss on quality, and I got one of the ones with signal integrity issues. And of course since they have no customer service, and I didn't realize the speed problem right away, there's nothing I can do about it.
