With an 8 yr old and 3 yr old running around, you never know what ends up on your counter. And no matter how much I clean my countertop prior to rolling dough, I'm pretty sure some bug/germ is being kneaded in. Now that I've started using this mat, I no longer have to worry! The mat is large enough to roll out 4 cups of flour to make pasta dough without flour spilling over. The mat stays put and doesn't slip or move. It's super easy to clean. One nice bonus is the concentric circles printed on the mat, which is nice when you're making pie dough. I haven't used this particular baking mat in the oven, but I've got smaller sizes (from the same manufacturer) that I use when making cookies and this works excellent in the oven with no sticking whatsoever.

I've used this for a couple of weeks on a large baking sheet in my oven. Temps up to about 450 degrees. Food comes off easily at the end of the baking period. Easy to wipe off with some warm water and soap. Has considerably reduced my usage of tin foil and parchment paper. excellent product

I'm a complete newbie to using a silicone baking mat and rolling pin for making and rolling dough. I appreciate high quality and long lasting products, and believe I have found one here. The size is well suited for 30" range ovens, is virtually non-stick with all but the stickiest of dough (a very light coating of flour solves that), it is thick enough to potentially last a long time, and it cleans easily under hot running water with no scrubbing. I don't plan on using this in the oven, but have had great success in placing parchment paper over my dough then flipping it over quickly onto a baking stone with the parchment paper between the dough and baking stone. I watched a video where the person used a mat like this to roll and cut cookies. So thought I’d give it a try. It’s awesome. Great counter-sized mat. Dough doesn’t stick to it and clean up is so easy. I haven’t used it to bake on and probably won’t.

Wish I’d had this helpful baking tool sooner! Well made, easy to clean. Stays in place while in use. No negatives so far. I think with proper care it will last a long time
