Adaptogens are usually non specific supplements which generally combat stress and fatigue in the body. Ashwagandha is classified as an adaptogen. I have taken it in the past and found it to generally reduce anxiety and tiredness, probably even more effective than caffeine in this respect.Positives:5% Withanolides is what you want when getting an Ashwagandha supplement. Have used Source of Nature products in the past, they are based in Denmark and I rate them as a trusted supplement company so was pleased when I saw this offering on Amazon.A 3 month supply at this price is ideal. For the quality of what they are offering and it being organic too.Capsules are small so no problems swallowing.Expiration date specified on product is 20 months away which is a generous amount of time and anyone would surely use it long before that!Neutral:2 caps a day can be tiresome especially if you take a bunch of other supplements. I would say you could get away with one a day or just see how you feel. As mentioned above, these capsules are very small as supplements go, so easy enough to swallow. In fact SON probably could have went with bigger capsules and made the dose one a day, but then they would not be so easy to swallow.They do offer a QR code on the container for discount with another order with them, I have not interacted with this yet.Negatives:Nothing as of yet. I do not expect any problems with this product, it is certified organic ashwagandha.

I have tried a few kinds of ashwagandha in the past as I have found they help with relaxation and sleep but I have found they can be quite expensive and tend to have very few capsules in a bottle.With this brand of ashwagandha there are 180 capsules which makes it great value for money and it's also using organic and natural ingredients which is reassuring about the quality of the product.Ashwagandha is an adaptogen that helps reduce stress and promote calmness. I have found that using it at night helps me get a better nights sleep and wake up more refreshed which is brilliant and just what I need. The bottle suggests taking two capsules for a serving with each capsule containing 300mg of ashwagandha but I have been using one capsule and still having the benefits.With 180 capsules this bottle will last three months at two capsules a day which I think is amazing. This is a fantastic product and the best value for money I have seen for a product of its kind, I wouldn't hesitate to buy this brand again in the future.

I’ve been taking ashwaghanda for about a year now and feel it is beneficial, particularly for anxiety. I’ve that time I’ve tried a number of different brands and products - tablets, capsules and gummies. Firstly what I really like about this product is the guaranteed strength. I find capsules the most convenient form but for many ashwagandha products this means taking 3 capsules, which if you take other supplements too feels like a lot. Therefore the fact you only have to take 2 of these to get an effective dose is brilliant. Looked at alongside my other ashwaghanda capsules the contents of these are darker, look more concentrated somehow, and also have a slightly herby smell to me.Whilst my health is important I do have a budget I need to stick to and for me these achieve a good balance between quality and price.Definitely a product I would buy and continue to use.

I've taken ash for a while now but this brand was such a disappointment. Didn't feel a thing on this one, same old, same old and would get incredible anxious mid way through the day. Also peep the pic I posted, I'm not sure if it's because the one on the right is maybe clumped or something, giving an illusion of fullness, but some pills would be full and others would be around half way (some were even less). It could just be cheaper to buy bigger capsules so it looks less? I donno, on this point I can't comment as I don't know how you guys operate.Anyways, I think I'll avoid this brand in the future, no point in taking ash if you're not feeling the usual effects right?

This is really good value for a pure organic ashwaganda source. The capsule size is not too large and there is no trouble taking it. The flavour is totally nonoffensive and the tablets are easy to swallow.It is important to me when using supplements that the ingredients are of the finest and purest organic quality. When something is so refined in a concentrate form I beleive we should only ingest the cleanest of ingredients and happy with the quality of this product.I find ashwaganda to be a very beneficial adaptogen to take as a supplement to aid in recovery in the body, regulate stress anxiety and healthy sleep patterns and would recommend this as a good source with three month supply being excellent value for an organic product at this price point.
