Flux Rx 7000mg

This stuff works great. I had a tank crash that killed all my fish, and there was Bryopsis algae that apparently was being managed by my tangs and crabs, and it no longer had anything eating it, so it got out of control. I put Flux Rx in my tank (200 g) and after about 10 days the algae is completely gone. I have no idea where it went because it's not like it died, detached, and floated around the tank. It just died and disappeared. Anyway, I highly recommend this stuff for Bryopsis.

Overpriced but effective.

I was struggling with persistent bryopsis and green hair algae in my reef tank, and nothing seemed to work—until I tried Flux Rx! Within just a few days of treatment, I started noticing a significant reduction in algae, and by the end of the 10-14 day period, my tank looked pristine. The best part is that it didn’t harm any of my corals or reef inhabitants, which was a huge relief. The instructions were clear, and dosing was easy with the included scoops. Just make sure to turn off your skimmer and remove chemical filtration as directed. The algae die-off did release some nutrients into the water, so I had to do a few water changes, but it was well worth it for the results. Product took two week to work, but at the end of the two week period almost hair algae was gone in my tank, turf algae still remains and will most likely take additional dosing to deal with. Product worked very well.

To me, this is a miracle cure for Green Hair Algae. I have used it twice in two different salt water reef tanks and it has taken care of the problem each time. As the reef tank matures, GHA will poke its ugly, green hairs into it. This usually happens a bit after six months. It takes hold and is very difficult to remove. This product is amazing! Use it as directed though and it will remove the GHA usually within a week. It has not hurt my fish or soft corals each time I have used it. I do not know however what happens to your livestock if you mess up the directions.

I put the recommended amount in on Wednesday it is now the second Sunday after, and hair algae is almost gone. Will leave it in till all gha is gone. And do a couple water changes. So far so good .reef tank is starting to look good again.

This product works great on bryopsis and turf algae in one dose. It will work on GHA as long as you are vigilant about removing it as it dies off. Green hair algae will normally take two to three treatments. Follow directions and remove carbon. Safe for everything in my tanks so far.
