SUPER FUN CASUAL GAME
I've pulled this game out a few times at game nights or even once at a bar after trivia - since it's so portable - and it has never failed to garner unanimous praise and hype! A couple friends have already ordered their own copy after their first time playing, which has rarely happened with my many other games. The play style is very laid back, so it's conducive to still being able to chat on the side and have fun while you play. The game includes a limited number of moments where you may be forced to adapt or abandon your plans, but not so often that it feels like anything more than a fun challenge. I will say that the learning curve is pretty short, so the length of the game is directly proportional to how much time to want to spend focusing on the game versus how much you're willing to chat while playing. Both styles (talkative and casual vs. more quiet and focused) have worked really well for us.If you're looking for a fun, easy-to-pick-up game with a delicious hunger-inducing theme, I'd highly recommend this game to any casual board game players or hardcore table top geeks looking to kick back!

Not that Fun
This game is a little overly complicated for what it is. The dice tower is cool though.

Fun, portable game
My 9 year old and I really enjoyed this game. We were a bit confused at first, but a full read-through of the instructions made things clear. We both agree that using the box to roll the dice is fantastic!A few notes:- The game includes a lot of copies of the score sheets, so you can play it many times without having to copy the sheets or print anything online.- I thought from the small size that the game would be quick; however, we ended up playing for about 30 minutes with two players.- I agree with the age suggestion of 8+. This could be a little difficult for most kids under 8 to fully grasp the rules.- I don't think that we'll be pulling this one out to play every night, but it is a great addition to our game collection. We will be taking it to our gaming club (7-18 year olds) and will probably take it over to the grandparents house for some easy fun.- One last thing, my kiddo doesn't like making people feel bad during gaming. They suggested that we hide our score sheets from each other, so that each of us had no idea which special toppings the other was going for. This worked great for us. We just announced when we completed a special task so that it could be crossed out.

Interesting idea of a game
This game has been fun to play with others. It combines the unpredictability of rolling dice and the strategy of slicing pizza.Game is easy to learn, I played with several new players and they all picked it up quickly. You are supposed to roll the dice and slice the largest pizza on your personal sheet. The instructions explain it pretty well. Now the quality of the components are decent as well. Dice are well weighted, scoresheets are made of thick paper, and the dice tower does its job.Because of the nature of dice games, this game is replayable though the simplicity may make it boring after a few games. No two games are the same. In conclusion, I would say this game is probably a 6/10.

Fun twist on an old concept
Dice and Slice Pizza Party Dice Game is reminiscent of the game in which there is a page full of dots and players compete by connecting the dots to make the most boxes. In this game, players are trying to make the largest pizza slice, and the dots are connected using patterns rolled on the dice; bonus points are awarded for more toppings on your slice! It's actually pretty fun, easy to learn, and always different. It comes in a small pizza box and the "ingredients" are all nice quality - in a very thoughtful design move, the box can also be used as a dice rolling tower! It's fun, portable, and priced right at under 15 dollars. Perfect for a pizza party game night.

Pretty boring
This is pretty boring. I played it once and didn't really care to play it again. You roll dice, pick one and draw the shape. You strategize to get big slices (15 squares max), and bonuses for including certain toppings. But there are so few toppings and ALL THE SHEETS ARE THE SAME! My 8yo son could play it but found it really boring too. It's not terrible, but there are so many roll and write games out there that are so much better.

Makes a cute gift for the novelty of it!
A so-so game with super cute packaging. This is a pretty simple dice game with the goal of making Pizza slices. You are making them on a graph type form and hope to make the largest piece. It isn't all that much fun, lacks action, and takes a couple times of plays to get the hang of the strategy to really excel at it. I think I'd rather play Yahtzee, but do love the pizza concept. It would make a cute gift for the novelty of it, especially for the "Za" lover in your family!3 left me wanting stars!

Fun strategy game
Fun strategy game. The box becomes a dice tower when stood on its side, which is a unique addition. You start with a gamesheet that is a pizza, marked with a dot grid. There are two specialized dice that have dot patterns on them. You roll the dice, and fill in dots on your gamesheet that match the pattern on the dice. You then draw a straight line between any two adjacent dots (not diagonally). This is “cutting the pizza”. When the lines you have drawn form a square or a rectangle, that is a “slice”. The bigger the slice, the more points you get. In addition, you can get extra points if your slice includes specific toppings, shown at the top of the gamesheet. This is a fun game that gets better the more you play and learn which strategies work best.
