Works but you have to wait. Took 4 days but worth it for the MONSTER we caught. Might catch them faster if you have more around. The others have caught a tiny woodlouse and some flies. Was skeptical, but today I found the trap upside down and went to put it the right way to find this. Do wish there was a more humane way but enough was enough when I found a tarantula in my baby’s bed. A good option if you’re not able to catch them yourself.

Excellent product, I caught this one a few days after seeing it in the kitchen. I put down a few of these traps, one just outside the kitchen and kept a couple as 3 units all connected to make one long one, just in case a larger spider was able to move any distance once inside. As can be seen this one however it only got partway in and that was that. I think it may have been there for a day or so because I only noticed it this morning! I assume whatever the adhesive is made of and the smell must attract them, or it's possible there may have been tiny insects already caught inside which is equally as good as far as bait goes!

The four stars are because the traps that are visible keep coming open and are a sticky nightmare to try and put back together and they reopen again each time I manage to get them closed again. I’m not sure if the hidden ones have remained closed I’m too scared to check. They are good value for money though with how many you get. Edit 21/10/24 The one by my curtain in the front room pinged open again today. There was three spiders in it phew! I’m soooooo relieved they didn’t come near me but as I’m terrified of them I was shaking trying to close the trap again but I managed to close it and stick some tape on the trap (why I hadn’t thought of that before I do not know) I would recommend these as they definitely catch spiders but I would recommend putting some tape on the trap to keep them closed at the beginning ( hopefully that’ll do the trick)

I bought these to finish the control of some grain weevil we had. However, our cat likes to catch mice and bring them home, she does not kill them or injure them but plays with them until she is bored and then let them go. I often take them of her as soon as I see here with one and I keep the poor mouse in a box for a day until it has recovered from shock and then release it back in the garden. However, one very small mouse managed to escape from the box as there was a hole the size of a rubber on a pencil, very small. It managed to escape and when searching the room for it I saw that it had become completely stuck on one of these glue traps, it entire side was stuck, all its feet, legs, tail and it died of exhaustion or suffocated from the glue around its nose and mouth, from trying to escape. The glue in these traps were so thick and strong, for such a small mouse, there was no way it could be released, all four legs were engulfed in this thick sticky glue, I was so sad and so furious that I used these traps and will never use such horrible traps again, not even for pest insects. These traps are big enough to catch even medium size rodents and it using outside they could catch a large number of small animals, slow worms, small birds looking for a easy meal, lizards, etc., Do not buy these traps, use humane methods instead. Glue traps of any sort are banned in the USA and are one of the most cruellest methods for an animal to die. You may buy them for spiders but you have no idea of what else could get stuck on them and I never though anything other than some stray weevil would succumb to these traps. Just search "Glue Traps" on Google images for further reason not to bu these vile traps. Do not use them! I will certainly never buy these gain and will be disposing of what I have left. The small defenceless mouse caught in my trap suffered, A LOT and I will not lose this feeling of guilt.

Best money I’ve ever spent!!!! The beast in the picture decided it owned our house yesterday, so traps were laid, and now I can walk around my house without constantly scanning everywhere. My son will also leave his room now too, so that’s a bonus (entire house full of arachnophobic’s) My only criticism is that the sticky bit to stick them to the floor doesn’t really stick well, but other than that, amazing product.

I've been using this brand of trap for a few years now, but they must have changed since I last bought them, because they didn't have pheromones before. Previously they worked amazingly, great at trapping even massive spiders. I used the last of my previous batch recently and I came to find it moved away from the wall because the massive spider inside had tried to pull away so hard and been unable to. And that was with no smell, just placed in the sections I normally have them. I just received the new batch and I was hit with the most god AWFUL smell when I opened the packaging. It used to arrive in a large paper envelope and now they've moved to plastic no doubt to keep said smell in. These are now unusable for me and money wasted. I have 5 traps in my living room during the peak spider season and I won't be able to stand having this smell. That's the reason for the reduction in stars. There was no need to add the pheromones because they worked brilliantly before. I might actually have to throw these out now because the smell is so horrible

Oh my god. Why have these not been in my life sooner. Started using them late last year and caught one or two big spiders. Anticipating a heavy spider season after a hot summer, and going on holiday leaving my extremely arachnophobic friend to house and cat sit, I put 12 of these in her bedroom, a few others around the house in every room and a few in our outside pantry. They WORK. I am so pleased! Four have been caught, and so far no spider has been able to run across the floor or furniture and frighten the life out of her or indeed me as I am also terrified of them. All I can say is get them! I’m buying more today.

These are amazing! They do the job, you can remove them after a spider is caught in the trap or you can wait for it to collect more. Captures other bugs too like midges, woodlouse etc. Easy to assemble fast, bin after use. I will be buying more! Highly recommend !!

The product worked very well. I put the traps in some hot spots around my house. The traps caught so many silver fishes, tiny spiders & other crawling insects. The product is easy to use & discard.

Funciona, he puesto 1 por habitación.....en 24 horas ha caido una araña y 2 bichitos tan pequeños que no sé lo que son. Lo compré con cierta incredulidad ya que no había opiniones pero arriesgue ya que tengo una vivienda sin habitar aún y cada vez que voy, encuentro siempre alguna araña. Mi sorpresa ha sido comptobar que ha funcionando en las primeras 24 horas.

Absolutely useless. Been in my house for months, nothing came to it. Waste of money I'm afraid.
