Green lasers are soo much better than the red ones.

I was told my package would be delivered on Sunday. It was delivered on Saturday evening and sat on my porch, waiting to be stolen, all night. Fortunately I got lucky and it wasn't. The level itself works great, bought it to install a drop ceiling for my basement remodeling project. Wish I had bought one of these a long time ago.

High Quality very great for assisting in measuring large areas. My husband used it when he was hanging kitchen cabinets and it assisted him all through the project. The only downside about this product is that it did not come with the tripod. Easy and hands free for quick to make a level line.

It is very functional but a bit on the bulky side. While the battery is huge I would prefer to have 2 smaller swappable batteries or an alkaline option. I also consider a remote control almost a must have at this point. Any time you go to change the laser or turn it off or on you are disturbing the laser and its fine position. If you have a remote you can easily turn it off and on without affecting the position and this will help you conserve battery. So, combine the single battery with no remote and a bulky design and I think there are better options in this price range.

Hanging a bunch of photos/canvas prints on the wall is such a hassle because it's never straight. This leveler helped make everything uniform. Worked for frames of the same type. But random canvas paintings gave me some trouble since they are not uniform when it came to actually putting the hanging connector in. Nothing was wrong with the leveler, it made super straight lines for cross-alignment.

Right now this is selling for $110, and at that price, if you like to do your own home improvements it may be worth the splurge, and if you are a professional, then it is a must.One thing, make sure you have a really good, sturdy, professional tripod. Otherwise, you are gonna have a bad time.This comes in a great box that really protects the laser level and is easy and convenient to both cary and store. The battery lasts a long time, and there is fantastic feature that if you are not level, or have a lightweight tripod, the lasers will be constantly flashing - instead of being solid.I saved more money on installing wall-mirrors, shelves, and minor fixer-upper jobs that more than pay for this unit. The issue is, that does take some sweat, and some times tears and even words that I cannot place in the review.At the end of the day, I am more than proud of the work that I did (70 pound mirrors, by myself, and it is as straight as an arrow). This was not a project where you could do trial and error and that IS the reason for having such a tool.I am quite happy with it, and it paid for itself - but keep in mind, I have about $300 worth of other professional tools including drills, hammer drills, level-cutters etc. oh, and liquid wood, caulk, and matched wall paint - lots of liquid wood caulk, and matched wall paint.

Super happy with my purchase.Pros-Laser does it it's job perfectly and is accurate (tested against 2 other lasers). I work in construction and have used this quite a few times now.Batteries last ages, as in I still havent changed batteries after 8hrs use in total.Nice and bright indoors. Some people say you can't really see the laser outside, but it's the same as any other green or red laser out in sunlight, if that's what you're going to use it for then I suggest buying the firecore detector. I also bought that and it's great. It finds the laser during when you're far away and can't physically see the line.Cons-A downside is when it's in the locked position I feel there may still be a tiny bit of movement inside so maybe it doesn't hold it firmly.The AC adaptor that was given must be an updated model so doesn't sit perfectly in the blow mould case.Being a blow mould case it doesn't give the laser any proper shock protection. But it still feels quite sturdy and secure.Also just be aware the corners of the glass of the laser have black plastic where the joins are so somewhere on you laser line there will be a dead spot where the laser can't shine through but is no big deal as you can just reposition the laser if you get to that point.

Love the laser level- the self levelling function made my DIY work look so professional- and it removed all the hazards of string lines.The instructions are average. The big green switch is my hot tip- toggles between manual and self levelling mode.This device is my new love🥰
