I wanted to get a light medicine ball like this one for my kids to work on their tennis game. The heavier ones cause them to lose their posture when simulating strokes. This light one is perfect for them (9 and 10 year old boys). In fact, I will also get a 2 lb ball to have a lighter one. We've thrown this against the wall, slammed it down onto the court, etc. It seems to be holding up just fine.

A lot bigger then I thought it would be.

This works well for what we use it for. It feels much lighter than the weight listed, which is good. My son uses it for baseball drills

I own a training business and we use med balls often. These are the best med balls we use. They are big in circumference, so we use smaller balls at times, but for durability these are unbeatable.

Weighted poorly. Flat spots after a few uses. Crappy feel to the cover. I have always used Rogue and will pay the extra and buy Rogue from now on.

I am so disappointed that when I opened the box and the clear back it was in that the medicine ball was already stained and dirty. What is that??? For the price I paid, this is unacceptable.

Not youth friendly. The ball is hard and not easy to grip for kids and even adults.

Wish it were just a little bit small ball. But works well for my needs.
