So we use it daily in a busy office setting for laminating our membership cards for patients. Unfortunately, not everyone was properly trained on it when they first started so we were having difficulties with the feeding of the card sized items. This was user error and we have since corrected that issue. It now works great for full-sized items. The pieces come out perfect every time. For the amount we spent, we could replace it several times and not have spent more than what we could for a business professional laminator that Ricoh was trying to sell us with our copy center. I am happy with this purchase and would purchase another one if we needed it. :)

So far this has put on a stellar performance, heats up fast, laminates better that the $300 machine on my desk 🤣. Great quality, great price.

This is very easy to use! And warms up pretty quick, I love the purple color. ! It is high quality. It is easy to setup and use. It come with everything that you need. Don’t make too much noise.

I purchased the laminator just a little over 30 days ago but had only used the cold lamination (the main reason why I purchased it). Today I used it as a heat laminator and it would not shut off. I had to unplug it. I tried to reach out to the seller b/c it was over 30 days but there was no option other than to leave seller feedback. So I reached out to Amazon customer service and they said that was the only option, however they were kindly flexible and allowed me to return the item anyway. I was going to repurchase the laminator because I otherwise liked it and just assumed I got a lemon which can happen, until I decided to read the negative reviews. The very first review I read was about this very same issue, and dated just a few months ago. So I changed my mind. I didn't look for more reviews but this was enough for me - this is a fire hazard. I suggest continuing to scroll and look for a different laminator unfortunately.Thank you Amazon for your customer service and allowing me to return the merchandise!
