We realized that we need some sort of guard rails when our baby start to crawl for a safety reason. Got her caught last second before fall and decided to buy this set of rails eventually. What I can say.. it's a life saver for sure. No more worries, you can finally get to sleep , because you baby won't fell and hurt herself. I did research to find a good deal that won't cost me an arm and leg but going to be sturdy, useful and fit our bed (king) This set got it all. We are really happy how everything came along. Good quality , lockable rails that won't break your budget. Instructions were pretty clear, Installation process took me about an hour and half, with no rush.

I ended up buying the 3 pieces king sized bed rail set and it fits perfectly. We screwed the rails into the box spring to make it extra sturdy and it works great! They have a way to raise or lower them so they can firmly rest against the mattress to prevent any gaps. A button accidentally broke on one of the rails so I reached out to customer service. They were very friendly and replied in a timely manner. They immediately sent out a whole new rail to replace the broken piece. These are more affordable compared to others on Amazon, plus they’re super cute! They’re great quality and easy to use. All you have to do is press a button on each side and the rail will completely come down if you need to get in or out of bed. I highly recommend these for safe sleep. 🙂

This is such bad quality it's not funny. Products made for the safety of children should be engineered for the purpose of the product. This is obviously not engineered for anything other than mass manufacturing and making a quick buck. The assembly instructions are easy to follow, but the pieces needed to assemble it correctly are not included, which the instructions say are included. I went the the packing list and everything is there, but it doesn't work. I assembled to long sides as instructed, but the "less than 60 inche" pieces, for the foot of the bed don't work. I also attempted to attached the log side's side's the bed box springs/bed frame. I did as instructed and it is so flimsy I immediately took it back off, took it apart, put it back in the box, and ordered a refund. Long story short, this is absolutely junk! The seller should feel bad for selling it and the manufacturer should be liable for the flimsy design, bad quality, and poor installation. Do not buy this, you will regret it and in my opinion it is unsafe for toddlers.

We purchased this 3-piece toddler rail set a while back but only recently assembled it. Upon assembly, we noticed a small tear in one of the mesh panels that seemed like it could pose a safety concern for our daughter. Since the return window had passed, we reached out to Amazon customer service just to see what our options were. The representative we spoke with was incredibly helpful and understanding. After explaining that we had just assembled the product and only then discovered the issue, he escalated our concern to his supervisor. To our surprise, they went above and beyond and sent us a brand new replacement set at no extra cost. The new set arrived quickly and was in perfect condition. It was easy to assemble and feels sturdy and secure. We really appreciate the support we received and are happy with the product overall. The peace of mind knowing our daughter is safe makes it well worth it. Highly recommend both the product and the service behind it!

I am a single mother and this took some time to install due to my daughter being fussy lately from her teeth. Assembling: This was really easy to assemble, definitely a one person job. I did like that each section was individually wrapping. I suggest putting each piece together that way as 1 side will be shorter than the rest. Inside each wrapped side, the pieces for the upper and lower pole are also individually wrapped with numbered stickers to assembly it correctly. Even the tops and bottoms can only be fitted in one direction, so you will know how it goes, since they make it self-explanatory. The L brackets are shown kncorrectly installed in their video so beaware of that. The sensory pictures are supposed to be outward not inward since the zippers are on the sensory side. When installing, they recommed the pole on the bottom to sit on top of your mattress snuggly, however with a memory foam mattress it does not make much sense since the leg can easily slide underneathe without difficult. Installation: Each corner is angled to fit snuggly against one another and be ziptied together for added security. I am unsure whether I did the brackets correctly, as there were no videos showing that, so I did what made sense (its on the video). I screwed it down to the wood platform under my mattress and it is definitely nice and secure now. I did install this by myself, so it is doable, but would be easier with an added hand. There is a gap between the headboard and the sides. I used a pillow to mind the gap. The bottom button to adjust the height did not lock on right side of 2 of the sides which may be a defect. If you found a height that works for you, you could screw them together for added comfort. The L beackets are curved which does not make much sense to me since they overlap so its a bit awkward when installing. Overall it is a good product for the price. Do what works best for you, as I have seen most ppl do something similar with the bottom piece, where they do not have it sitting on top of the mattress. It was nice to have my breastfeeding daughter in bed with me for convenience, but I do not have the 3rd side installed yet so I slept with one eye open since she is crawling now and pulling herself up. I gave it a 4 for some of the aspects that have yet to figure out entirely.

These Omzer bed rails have been a game changer for us. We installed them on our queen bed when transitioning my toddler from the crib, and they instantly made me feel more confident about him sleeping safely in the big bed. This took my husband and I 6 Months to properly put this together on our bed, the instruction manual was very vague, we even looked up YouTube and couldn't find any instructions to help. So as months went by we ended up figuring it out. But I'll tell you this-without these railings I wouldn't have gotten any work done, it eased my anxiety of my baby falling and the adjustable height function is very useful. As a caveat, you really have to get creative if you truly want this to work. There were spaces where my baby could crawl through so I had to stuff a pillow to keep them protected. But in my opinion it definitely served it's purpose.
