Ordered true to size. Do not order a size up! They will not support nor fit right. Yes, they are compression, know that before you order. FOLLOW the video on how to put on, particularly… you must snug them to your toes before pulling them over your heels. I feel like other reviewers couldn’t follow directions or they are trying to “outsmart” something that is already engineered and figured out. Also know that there is no solid support in these but they do provide support via the silicone cage, the cross straps, and compression.

I ordered the XL it says size 13 to 14. I am 12 to 13. My foot could not even get in when fully stretched. My wife size 7 shoe just barley got in the top. This sizing chart is incorrect and would only work for small childeren. If i could give it a 0/5 Stars I would. This product is so misleading for the price they should just shut down and never try again.

My daughter uses it for an injury she got playing Field Hockey. She has gone through two of them. She says it really helps with supporting her ankle. Con is that the Velcro does not hold up very well after multiple uses.

I have tiny tiny feet for an adult. 2.5 in kids. Hearing that this what to small for a normal size adult foot, I thought a small would be perfect for me. I wore it for a 5 hours serving shift and wanted to get it off my foot by the end because it was way too tight. I liked the idea of this sock brace so I returned the small and ordered a medium and large. I didn’t even need to try the large on. Then medium was only slightly big in my toes. Not bad enough that it bugged me at all. The brace worked perfectly. And was way more comfy. I wore it for a 7 hr serving shift with no issues of it being tight. The small was way hard to get on. The medium not so much . Definitely size up

These are very difficult to put on - surprised i did not break a nail. Also top part makes it difficult to slip into shoe and i am not exactly sure the purpose of that area being grippy. If you are younger /more athletic they might work for you. The side ankle support approach is interesting -

Fits very well. Gives great support. My husband broke his ankle and tore ligaments 5 months ago. When he was able to start putting weight on it, this gave him the support and confidence to walk without the brace. He is able to put on his work boots and still be comfortable.

impossible to put on with given size

This is not a good product. Do not buy. They are insanely tight. You MIGHT be able to get it on but you’ll never get it off. The weird circle at the heel is so tight it’s painful. It provides support, sure, but not worth it. But a brace from Walgreens.
