I mix the unflavored pump mode with BCAA Energy to create a great pre-workout drink. It has a fizzy carbonated effect. It does a good job to enhance the pump you get when lifting weights.

It gives really good pumps, even though I’m on a workout split that doesn’t facilitate the volume to get a pump. But this made that possible! Only deduction is the flavor
