I’ve been taking this supplement for 2 months and I’m optimistic that it will be a good addition to my age fighting routine. I haven’t noticed any difference in my skin, but that’s not why I started taking it. I’m most interested in its potential for autophagy and cellular health. What I have noticed is increased energy throughout the day. I’m not certain that Spermadine is the cause, but I’m willing to continue taking it to see if this continues to improve. I have read that it really takes four months to see real results, so that is my current plan. I’ve had absolutely no side effects and the capsules are easy to take.

Great quality, no digestive issues and I have a reactive stomach so this one is a winner.Takes around 3 months to see results so I will check in again on my 3rd bottle. So far so good!

Box was old and damaged. Seal was not on the jar. As a result, I was unable to use the product. I was told that it is a good product. I’m trying to share the photo, however, it doesn’t allow you to upload from your camera. It wants permission to access my photos…..

I didn't notice anything but that's not really the supplement's fault. I like the idea, I like the ingredients, I like that it's lab tested and made in the USA. This is a more economic version compared to some of the other ones I looked at. Worth a try.

This is my second review on this spermidine supplement because now I am fully convinced, it’s creating baby hairs to grow on my hairline. I did a lot of research on spermidine before settling on OMRE brand. Dr mark Hyman recommended this on a podcast I was listening to. Will keep you posted as to its effectiveness. It has clean ingredients and is naturally derived which is super important!! The natural face Bible on Tik tok recommended spermidine as a beauty supplement.
