Works for a while
Used it for about a year and then the threaded tip snapped while using it today. Overall worked well.

Lots Of Flex At Full Extension
I spent considerable time going over reviews of window washing equipment. I decided on this extension pole as my best option. Unfortunately, it was a disappointment. I asked for this pile to be shipped in a box but it wasn’t. It came without any packaging at all. The pole had stickers all over it including my address sticker which I couldn’t remove completely.But worse by far is the considerable flex at full extension. Trying to wash windows on a two story house is challenging using this pole. Attempting to add more pressure to scrub a window just causes the pole to flex.

Haven't used it yet, but seems to be quite sturdy.

Quality handle
It was a bit long to use on the boat so I removed the handle and cut it down to 5ft and reinstalled the handle. It still extends to 14ft. It’s perfect now for the boat.
