Good deal to buy - Featherlite Comet Chair
This chair is great, easy to assemble and comfortable to use. I ordered it as I mostly do work from home and it has come as a great savior. I compared it with the Amaze version and found that both are almost similar, the only difference between the two is that the seat depth is small in Comet due to which sometimes it feels that we are leaning forward. But you'll get use to it in a day or two. Overall it is a great chair by Featherlite.

The courier was prompt but the box was damaged by the tape surrounding it. They have made it too tight, the tape cut the box in the edges. However, the product was not damaged. Easy to assemble. The chair looks good. Under-thigh support is long and It will be good for people above 5'8". Due to the length of the seat, I am unable to reach the backrest. I am 5'4". Material is good for this price point. The adjustable handrest is good but I kept it to the lowest. If I increase the height of the handrest, my shoulder will be up. The handrest may help people above 5'8". The handrest should be a little shorter so that the adjustment button can be useful for shorter people. The meshed back is good and airy. The vertical play is medium not too long or too short but I will expect some more play. It is better to visit stores and sit and experience the chair comfort and then order it on Amazon because the ergonomics may vary from person to person and may not be the fault of the product.

Superb build quality
When I opened the box I was surprised to see the chair was mostly assembled, I just had to attach the gaslift and wheels which was done in less than 30 seconds. The build quality of this Comet chair is very good compared to other "office chairs" i have seen around me. No rough edges, shaky parts etc. I am not sure why this chair doesn't have any reviews. Maybe a new model? I don't know. I can't compare it to any other Featherlite chairs since this is the only one I own and I bought it since it was cheaper than 'Astro' and 'Versa' (which I had also considered). This model doesn't have any extra lumbar support, but it accommodates for that using a "S curve" design. It's not a chair in which you would feel like "aah this feels so good.. I wanna doze off". I think the purpose of these chairs is to enforce proper sitting posture and it helps in that. The seating depth is adequate for my height of 5ft 10inches. There is a gap of a fist between the back of my knee and the front end of the seat (which is necessary to avoid cutting off circulation to the legs. Source: Google research lol). Overall I am happy with the purchase.
