Flame is neither focussed or very controllable
I bought this purely on brand awareness I found it to be a great disappointment because controlling it is a fiddle requiring holding two different switches at the same time to get it to stay on and these placed To only allow those who are right-handed to control it if you’re left-handed there’s much hopebut the flame itself is not focused and Flame size switch fails to either decrease or increase the power of the flame by anything other than a practically imperceptible level.

Reliable and well built
This is rock solid and Rothenberger make professional welding/metalwork equipment. I'm very impressed with the efficacy and degree of control. I used generic propane gas.Bought this after another returning another brand's torch as it was leaking gas.Strongly recommend this product.
