Comfy pocketed shorts for $10??? Totally worth it as they’re approved multi-generationally
These shorts are great.Let’s agree right now that the price is low, quality great, and perhaps most importantly they’re really comfortable to wear year-round! Stylish? They’re shorts! I’m a female and a year ago found myself 👀 looking for “female black cotton shorts with pockets”. I noticed that many of the “female” based shorts were without pockets and appeared to be SHORT shorts which would have been acceptable if they weren’t considerably more expensive... ya know? ;-) [I just wanted them as I relaxed by the big-screen, in the garden, read a book, grocery store, et al.]Therefore my search query switched to: “male black cotton shorts with pockets”.I immediately noticed a huge difference in the results when every wish of mine was met.- POCKETS? Duh!! They’re MENS shorts.. can you imagine a man NOT having pockets for their wallet, keys, coins, etc.?!?- COLOR: black??? Duh!- FABRIC: not hard to find cotton. Just keep your eyes open to the poly/cotton blends, ...- PRICE: Omg! $10.(Sooooo much LESS than what I’ve found when looking for just about any type of female-based clothing, shoe or accessory.)Finally, how about the STYLE? The shortsare made for you fellas. Think basketball shorts. I’m six feet tall and the shorts are knee-length with two pockets which I’ve used to carry phone, fob and cash when I’m without my purse, bag or backpack! Yes, their pockets are equivalent to our smaller purses. I digress.- FABRIC/WEAR: “Short” answer? I’m still wearing ‘em! No tears in the seams or the pockets. In fact, the cotton is softer and more pliable. The shorts are more comfortable today as they’ve held up like “champs” after a year of wear, tear, washers and driers.Last year I chanced upon these shorts. I think they were $6 - $8 (???). [Yeah, I could look it up but I’m tired after all of my yammering].Champion makes quality clothing - the fabric is cotton, "thick” cotton which doesn’t fall apart with the first visit to the washer and dryer. The price ($10). Enough said, right?!?I was so impressed I’ve bought these same shorts for my:- 15 year-old NIECE(who then had me get her the same shorts in a number of colors). LAST year -and-THIS year.- my 82 y.o. DAD(who looked at the black shorts and said, “I don’t know, Col! They’re not really something I’d wear.”) I simply asked him to try them out as pj’s (or whatEVER) when the weather headed towards the triple digits. Clearly, this tale ends one spring night where I found him hanging out in the sunroom, kicking back in the “dad chair” (playing mahjong on his tablet) AND looking completely relaxed in his black Champion shorts. He then asked if they came in other colors... yada yada, ya know? :-)- MOMLast week I’d bought and received a single pair of black shorts. Within a few days my Amazon box arrived. Note that the seller is a-okay with me.Yesterday evening i walked into the living room (it was 97* F) and saw that my mom was wearing (and LOVING) her new “men’s” shorts. “Shhh!” I told her they were ladies shorts just so she’d give ‘em a try! Since she is a petite lady (5’2”) the shorts look more like capris and she LOVES them, especially the pockets.Naturally, she asked me two questions:1). You didn’t pay too much?2). Do they come in and other colors?I highly recommend this product.Regardless of the season you can be quite comfortable in these ...pocketed black Champion cotton shorts which might cost you a meager ten dollars .

comfortable cotton shorts
No nonsense, comfortable cotton shorts. Some have pockets and some don't however, so check for details. The only drawback is that the elastic band is not contained within the fabric, so it makes contact with your skin, which is noticeable and may be bothersome for many. It definitely fades as the elastic softens over time, but FYI.

Good enough for the price.
I wanted some cheap gym shorts, and that's what I got. They fit as expected. The material is fine. It would have been nice if the elastic band inside had been covered because it's a bit rough.

I'm old-school and hate having my shorts fall over my knees
I'm old-school and hate having my shorts fall over my knees, adn these are that longish, baggy, NBA-style shape, but can't faulth the manufacturer for that. Petty much what you'd expect for a light workpout or kiching around the house in summer.

Simple shorts
These are light weight material, no pockets, with drawstring. Simple. Not lined. I'm 5' 9" and they come down just past my knee caps.

Very comfortable
Good shorts. Very light weight and comfortable. I picked them up because I had a knee replacement and needed some shorts to go to physical therapy in. Only wish it had some pockets but I didn't realize that when I ordered. Still like them though.
