Excellent product
Excellent product .. good for home DIY projects. The hex key for tightening the blade was missing or not included in package. I think it should be. The safety cover for the blade was bent not allowing the blade to be fixed properly. A screwdriver and elbow grease fixed it. Performance wise good value for money. Safety first please.

Complaint Regarding Incorrect Delivery Remark and Damaged Product
I was available, but the delivery boy informed me that the product was damaged and still insisted I accept it. I refused to accept a damaged product, yet he updated a false delivery remark. This is unacceptable. Correct the remark immediately and take appropriate action.
