Delivered without plastic
Used it twice so far, seems to be good quality. Arrived plastic free. Used it for a few weeks and has marked and stained a lot more than expected. I have used it 2-3 times a day for 3-4 weeks with baking and cooking of meat and veg. Will replace with different brand when this has ‘died’

No more foil
I wanted to cut down on foil usage to reduce the amount of waste we produce. Have used this for months and it’s been brilliant. It does get stained but doesn’t effect functionality. Would recommend.

Cost effective and works.
Plain and simple. In the end, this isn't just going to save me a lot of money it's going to save me a lot of aggravation. There are some jobs where only greaseproof, parchment paper etc will do ie wrapping food up for storage but how many times do you get the roll out and find that you've run out and only a scrap of paper is left? It's because if you do a lot of baking, ok just a reasonable amount, tearing off big sheets of it to go on a baking tray uses more paper than you think so this mat is going to stop what basically is a lot of wastage.I know you can get a lot of mats with different markings on such as circles, macaroon sizes, inch etc and tbh one of them is on my wish list to buy next but at the same time, a plain unfussy one is actually more usable. A lot of times we want to use a template, a specific shape, pattern etc so you print it off onto plain paper or draw it and then slip the paper under your mat so you can make an exact copy and as many as you want and if the mat has a lot of guidelines on it already that can get in the way. So the one picture I have used is the mat placed over a standard lined paper book and the squiggly line is a standard pen mark and I think you can see that even they stand out pretty good.So we did a quick test bake, some biscuits and as expected they didn't stick at all actually nothing stuck at all so I gave it a quick wipe with a damp cloth a quick wipe with a dry cloth and it then just rolls up into such a small roll it slipped into my baking drawer taking up no space at all.PS because I also love crafting I was thinking that this sort of mat would be perfect for some crafts such as miniature clay modelling, a craft where you don't want the item you're working on to stick. Also since this mat is so heat resistant then would it work as a good surface for using glue? Or simply as a handy light weight portable table protector so if you're out and about or in a craft club then this might be just what you need but I'm only guessing as I've not tried that out.
