Do not work properly
When adding refrigerant the valve gets stuck and does not close allowing refrigerant to leak out. Had to install hose and unhook multiple times before I was able to get the refrigerant to stop spraying out. Orings on valves are considerably smaller than original as well.

Ideal repair kit
Used one of the schrader valves and the valve tool on the low pressure side of my car's a/c system. Gas type r1234yf. Fitted perfect, passed a one hour vacuum test and remained sealed when recharged. Can't comment on other people's experience but it was a cheap fix for me.
