Turns out this is a new company. I thought I was getting a good deal. I have no complaints with the setup, the app and the concept. We first ran the quick mapping to get the map then did our first run of sweeping only, (we wanted to get vacuumed before any mopping was done). It successfully completed half of the vacuuming, and even returned to the dock to empty itself once and returned to cleaning, when it gave us a loud verbal error, "the roller brush has become intertwined. Please clean it". I checked the roller and it was completely clean. No hair wrapped around it or the ends of the roller. The app showed the same error and and said to clean the brush and restart in a different area. We did this 4 times. Each time it would run for about 20 seconds and then give the same error. The real clincher was that the 4th time, I had removed the roller completely and still got the error. In my picture the machine has just given the error and halted and you can see the clean roller is in my hand!I contacted Amazon and they me advised that there was no exchange option available, only refund/return and then I would have to buy a replacement. So, I started that process. I repackaged the vacuum, printed the label they sent and got it ready to drop off at UPS. I then went online and bought a replacement. At this time I did a deeper dive into the reviews. Particularly the 1 and 2 star reviews, and yup, we weren't the only ones having this roller brush error. There is a defect in the machine that is common on the few sales they have. One review stated that he felt this was a machine that was in beta test stage. I happen to agree with him. With a common error like this it should have been corrected before making any sales.It was at this point I also noticed that some were asking where to buy the replacement vacuum bags and other accessories, because, like me they couldn't find them anywhere. Not on Amazon and not even on Lynkbey's own website. The answer that the seller gave in all instances, (under the name of Amazon Customer!?!?!?), was "we have supplied extras in the box with the machine", which they then listed. Well that's all very well but they say the dust bags are disposable and need replacing every 1 to 2 months. So, with one bag fitted and one spare in the box we're good for up to 4 months unless we empty the bags by pulling the dirt out of the bag through the hole with our fingers. One answer that they gave to a buyer asking, was that the bags would be available on the Lynkbey Store in 10 to 15 days. Great! Oh wait, there is no Lynkbey store! They have marketed a machine that is faulty and has no availability of consumable replacement parts. Some purchases go back to April. I wonder how they are coping with the dust bag issue!Whilst I loved the concept of this machine, and getting through the start up and first mapping, I now have genuine concerns about its reliability and availability of consumable parts. I immediately cancelled my order for the replacement and wrote this review.

A must have and high quality design!
The media could not be loaded. As a mom of 3 little boys and 2 hairy cats, I am constantly cleaning this almost 4000 sq ft home all the time! We have some rooms with carpets and some with tile flooring. I cannot tell you enough how many robots I have tried in the past, some would do a good job sweeping while others would not do a good job mopping. To a point high end brands drove me nuts with me chasing the robot wanting to clean certain spots. Others would suck all the kids' toys or socks into the machine or run over your feet without stopping. This Lynkbey M20 Pro Robot vacuum and mop combo is exactly what I was looking for. I was very particular about having a clean and dirty tank and not just having dirt dragged around everywhere when mopped. In addition, I really wanted one where I didn't have to deal with the mess of dirty mop pads and be more of a self cleaning style. This actually cleans the mop pads and I have the option on the app to switch modes(sweep only, mop only, sweep before mop, or sweep and mop). I love the app and how easy it is to use, honestly this would be great for my elderly parents who are not technology savvy and get frustrated easily. Super easy to use, refill water, or dump dirty water out. Speaking of tanks, I love the modern design where it has a handle on each container. The robot itself is solid and heavy duty but does an amazing job on the suction of the dirty and debris. Also, extremely smart lifts the mop pads when cleaning the carpet with its auto detect feature - distinguishes between tile/hard floor or carpet. In addition, on the application there is an option to select how often I would like for the robot to go back to it's station for self cleaning and then resume after. Which is super nice! Like most, it is a bit loud when self-cleaning from vacuum to mopping but I am so used to it compared to other brands that I honestly was more concerned how well the mopping works and how well it cleans. It also has a camera in the front, in case it gets stuck somewhere in the house I can drive it remotely with the app. There is also a feature to locate the robot and it makes a sound. This robot has so many features I can't stop recommending it. It blew me away with the results and the many pluses. The best gift or investment you'll ever make. If you're a parent or someone who likes a clean home as much as I do, this is a must have. Especially for those with lower back problems or arthritis like my parents this is really beneficial to have. There are "no go zones", auto docking (unlike most robots, this one knows where it's home located and you can visually see it on the application where it's working or stuck), ultra thin body(gets under couches and beds!!) auto tank refill, auto hot air drying, auto mop washing, strong 5000 PA suction, multi directional brush, Al obstacle avoidance, room recognition, multi floor mapping (huge plus for us!!), schedule clean up, real time video call (great for vacation time!), smart mapping, anti collision, compatible with amazon echo. The app itself is very easy to install following the instructions and linking the robot to the app/wifi is a breeze. I like that you can share the robot amongst other members of the family which allows for multi control interface from different devices in the house. The robot does take a while to charge so be advised (6+ hours from zero to almost full) but does last at least 4 hours if used in standard cleaning mode. Of course, if you choose the strongest suction mode (hurricane) it will drain the battery quicker. The obstacle collision works well and it has been able to navigate itself around small and large obstacles including my cats, kids toys, or other miscellaneous things on the floor. The mapping feature works really quickly and I do recommend you do a 'quick mapping' initially before you actually let it clean so that you can save the map and not have to remap everytime as I have learned this the hard way. Once the map is saved, you can add zones for cleaning or let it clean different locations depending on preference. I like the LED indicator lights as well both on the robot and on the charging station as it does show if the robot is docked and charging or if the cleaning solution is low. As far as maintenance, the robot brush is super easy to clean and the sweeping brush is easy to replace when needed. The mop pads are also super easy to replace and swap out when needed. The app does provide you with recommended maintenance and a percentage next to each of the required maintenance items to help you track when they need replacement. i.e. 95% mop pads. Take a look at the videos and the snapshots from the app to help you understand and learn more about this awesome product. The only other thing I would recommend to improve this robot would be for the manufacturer to provide a sample cleaning solution of their product so that people can see how it cleans with their product as they don't recommend using other brands for the cleaning solution.

Horrible product. Horrible support. DO NOT BUY.
We bought this vacuum and mop combo at the end of August 2023, and it gave us problems from the beginning. First, the robot would only use the sweep and mop function, and not just sweep. At first, I thought it was just a quirk, and learned to live with it. After a while, it alerted me that the roller brush was clogged, and that it needed help, only there was nothing to obstruct the brush. It did this constantly, and I basically had to follow it around the house. Now, the robot does not work at all. It will not travel in a straight line, and basically turns around in a circle and thinks that it has completed the cleaning. Contacting customer support is useless, because when you call them, they say they will email you in 2 days for help. An email came and told me told download some firmware update to fix the issue. The update did nothing, and my floor cleaner is still broken. I have continued to call them and emali them to get support. They sent me an email with more instructions to try to solve the issues, but none of their instructions helped. I have requested a replacement, and have not heard anything from them since then.

Not pleased
The US has enough data breaches. But to get the full use of this product, you have to input information into a site originated in China.I pondered this for 3 weeks and I am about to push the button on returning this. I have never turned it on.I gave 3 stars for the fantasy of it.It sounded like a great idea (vacuuming, mopping, cleaning itself). But I am not comfortable with what it takes to have that.
