Small and large brush ends of long plastic/rubber encased robust and flexible metal cord. Additional short handle brush. Works well accommodating all of the washable components of my cpap system. Use it with hanging bracket, also purchased from Amazon, and my weekly "equipment clean" is a breeze as I clean the various hoses during my daily shower and leave them to dry the rest of the day..

Decent price, decent quality, as described. Some have commented that they punctured their hose with this brush. I honestly don't know how they did that. Maybe if you looped the hose over and held it in one hand and tried to shove the brush through the loop, you could damage the hose. If the hose and brush are dry that night be challenging. If it is filled with sudsy water, it is not a problem.. On one end, the brush is sized for a regular sized hose. The brush on the other end is sized for the smaller slim line hose. If you have the larger sized hose, like I do, I pushed the small size brush through and then pulled the large end through. It was a piece of cake. It's best to lay the hose on a flat surface and stretch it out straight. If you do that pushing the brush through is easy.

It's perfect for cleaning & makes be feel better that my tube & mask are cleaner that just swishing it around in small & water.

I have been using CPAP over 12 yrs now and not once was a advised to use brush to clean tubing. But my CPAP was developing a pungent smell. After using this brush I'm finding out just rinsing, using vinegar and washing more was needed. Brush does a good job on tubing. Just know to do cleaning routine consistently as directed and let tubing dry before using.

Used for the first time today. Gets the job done. Extends well beyond the cpap tubing. Very sturdy.

This works great! I was recently issued a CPAP so decided to buy what cleaning tools I'd need. The best part is that it's the same length as my tube, and having bristles on both end really helps!

This brush fits both size hoses for most CPAP machines. Just drop your hose in a sink or a container with a little bit of baby shampoo and warm water, let it soak for about 10 minutes and then run the brush through it with the soapy solution, rinse let dry and you're good to go.

Work as described, very well constructed and malleable. Cleans effectively.
