This purchase is camera #s 7 & 8. Excellent video day or night. Option for full color or infrared night vision is a nice feature, both work well. PTZ control allows wide range of viewing and can be set to move slow medium or fast. Audio is clear incoming and outgoing. Wifi range is excellent, a few of these are pretty far from the base and no connectivity issues at all. You won't be disappointed with this camera!

These cameras are easy to set up and connect to your WIFI fluidly!

I have 6 of these cameras. Overall these cameras are pretty good. They have good picture quality day and night. Easy to install and sync with the DVR system. But they do have some issues. Even with tracking turned off they randomly change position. Regardless of setting the "humanoid" detection has a lot of false notifications. The cameras are listed as waterproof and for the most part they are. They have survived winters in Alaska. However the power connectors are not waterproof. I have had multiple connectors corrode out the center pin. I recommend using dielectric grease in these connectors.

I contacted Hiseeu **before purchasing** to confirm that the products I was buying would work together. Specifically, I asked whether these Wi-Fi cameras would work with the Hiseeu hybrid DVR they manufacture and sell. I was assured that they would. Unfortunately, after receiving everything, I have been unable to successfully connect the cameras to the DVR via Wi-Fi. I have made **numerous calls and sent multiple emails**, but my attempts to get assistance have essentially fallen on deaf ears. Several support tickets have been opened, and I was told that management would contact me, but **no one from management has ever called me back**. The emails I have received from "management" have not actually addressed the problem or clearly explained what I need to do. To make matters worse, when I call customer service, the representative cannot see the email thread or the instructions I have previously received, making it nearly impossible for them to provide meaningful assistance. On more than one occasion, when the conversation became frustrating, the call was simply disconnected and the "office is closed" message came on. If you are considering Hiseeu products, **you may want to reconsider - especially if you expect reliable customer support when something doesn't work as advertised.** I have not returned the equipment yet because I am still hopeful that someone will eventually reach out and actually explain how these cameras are supposed to be connected to the DVR over Wi-Fi. That said, I want to be fair about the products themselves: **the cameras are badass for the price.** If you are running them through POE, I would have no problem giving the cameras **5 stars**. The picture quality and overall value are excellent. Unfortunately, the customer service experience has been a completely different story. **5 stars for the cameras. 1 lousy star for the lousy customer service.** Overall, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

I’m really happy with these security cameras. The image quality is clear, the setup was easy, and they work really well for keeping an eye on things at home. I also like that they are easy to use from the app. Overall, they’re a great value and I’m very happy with my purchase. 👍

I already have the Hiseeu NVR with 4 PTZ cameras. Bought these to add onto the NVR system that can take up to 8 cameras. Therefore also have the EseeCloud app for viewing on the iOS system. Adding the cameras to the smart phone was quite easy, instructions were actually useful. The camera does everything the advertisement states. I have yet to add them to my NVR. Very good purchase especially since I waited for the sale price.
