The Very Eric Carle Treasury Hardcover – Picture Book, October 17, 2017

My son loves the Eric Carle stories that are in this big book. So when I saw it, I knew I needed to get it for him for his birthday. He loves this book. We read it everyday!

Eric Carle is such a great writer and illustrator. All his books are wonderful.

My first graders love this book! My favorite is where the inside cover teaches them a little bit about click beetles, then it tells the fiction story and the click beetle noise at the end! Oh they think it’s magical!! Such a precious book!

Growing up, Eric Carle books were my absolute favorite, and I knew I wanted to share them with my children one day. After my son fell in love with the classic “A very hungry caterpillar,” I wanted to get him more Carle. This compendium is a perfect and convenient way to have more Eric Carle stories on hand. Whether you’re reading all four stories back to back, or just one, this book is great. We haven’t been able to try out the little activities in between stories, as our little guy is still too young for them, but we’re looking forward to trying them out as he gets older!I like the size of the book too, it helps showcase all the colorful and unique illustrations. And the pages are quite sturdy - we’ve yet to have any ripping!

My grandson loves this book

I used this book with my PreK class when we were studying about insets. The illustrations are amazing. The children really enjoyed learning about Click Beetles. When we go outside to a large grassy field the children look for Click Beetles.

My son has loved this book since a very young age (less than 4 months) ... I'm not sure why as he is still too young to understand it but even when we were on vacation and had traveled nearly 12 hours and he was very tired and cranky, as soon as I took out this book his face lit up and he gravitated towards it. It holds his interest for as long as I read it to him and even when I don't he will pick it up and flip through the pages. Definitely his favorite book, or even toy! He ripped out the mouse page but with a bit of tape, all is well!

I love Eric Carle and had high hopes for this cute book, with sound! Its really just ok. The click part is only one page, and the story is not what I would expect from Carle. It was over-priced and underwhelming.
