LineaeffeCarbon Telescopic Rod 3.6m & Reel With Line

Paid under £17 for a 3.6Mtr rod and reel. Did not expect much for the cost, but it has already done a sterling job. One of the eyelets on the rod came loose, easily fixed with a spot of super glue. The reel is obviously very cheap and cheerful, mainly plastic, but for the amount of use it will get this is no problem. Needed to put a stronger line onto the spool, as the line that comes with the reel would barely hold a goldfish. I have been fishing for carp twice now, and this exceptionally cheap rod has worked great. Easy to stow in the car, and quite capable of casting reasonable weight without drama. For carrying around in the car, "just in case", or whilst on holiday, it serves its purpose well. Very happy with this for the money I paid.

Came in good time very quickly rod is OK fora beginner nothing to write home about the reel well it works very cheap plastic and very basic but for what you pay it is all in all not bad I am not one for telescopic rods but will do for kids to use as I don't like them using my good ones reason for 3stars is the reel had no instructions on setup and poor quality but as I said or price cannot grumble for price paid

Bought this product for my son. Its ideal for taking away on holiday as the rod is nice and compact when not in use. A good, strong quality product.I would recommend this.

After receiving the wrong reel I sent it back to the seller. Which replaced it fairly fast. The problem now is that the second reel makes a clicking noise when spinning and I am too annoyed to send it back. I am waiting now for the seller to refund postage.Like i said the rod is very decent for any price and excellent for this price.

Not great for spinning as it's very long and heavy and the butt doesn't go back far enough. However for price it's a good wee set up, useful for bait fishing, or possibly some sea fishing.Hooked 2 rainbow trout (approx 2lbs each) over the weekend using this.

This seems like an unbelievable item but it is fabulous for part-time fishing serious anglers will want more. Would recommend for the money the quality is more than expected

Quality of the rod is really good for the money it costs. The reel is made of poor quality plastic but it works(the basic shimano reel will cost you the same price with all this rod+reel package). So it works and that's fine(as long as it works). Pay attention on the reel locking ring which is very weak. It was broken immediately when I tried tighten the reel on the rod.Good purchase and worth the money. Enjoy
