Excellent product
I have ordered a few items from the supplier over the last few months and it is doing what it says it will. You have to give these tablets time to work....I think a lot of people expect instant results but bare with the product.The shipments were sent quickly and arrived before the expected delivery time which is great service. For the time I have been using the Vitamin B Complex I have been more active and I am getting more confident in my appearance as I said it needs time to work and given the time hopefully it will work for you too. I know a lot of these supplements are sold and people change from one to another quickly as they expect the instant results. I use a combination of some of them from the same supplier including the Biotin tablets. I bought them specifically to help in hair growth and they have definitely helped me as I can see the new hair coming through and can feel the shoots coming through my scalp where I needed them, yes maybe I am vain but that is why we all buy the....this is the best supplements I have used and will stick with them. I will try and add a photo, unfortunately I did not take a before picture but I am happy that I can now see my sticking with this brand is helping my self imposed vanity.For a great price you get at least a 3 month supply, which could be as much as 6 months depending on how many you take. I will keep purchasing them from the seller as I previously said they are helping me.

Perk me up
My initial thoughts for trying a vitamin B supplement is due to my Haemochromatosis. This can make me feel very tired & lacking energy. I’ve have been taking these tablets for a month and although the tiredness has not completely disappeared, I have noticed an improvement. My slumps do not last as long as previous occasions but these tablets help along side a balanced diet. These tablets are vegan friendly and easy to take.

I love these as a mom sometimes I dont eat healthily or end up skipping meals however these insure that I get the nutrients and vitamins I need. Also the fact they are 100% natural is great!
