It does what it says and cracks my back nearly every single time I use it (which is usually once a day) . It takes some getting used to (if you're a person like me who never exercises) but once you use it regularly, you look forward to using it for that satisfaction aspect.

I bought the Chirp wheels after a friend recommended them to me as the only thing that helped him. I’m a larger guy(400+) and I was worried about the durability but they are holding up great! They really do help relieve the pain in my back. Best purchase in the last year!
