I live this set so much. I don’t know why I didn’t think to look into wheat straw as opposed to Melamine. Melamine is not really dishwasher safe so our plates got deformed and cracked and discolored. This stuff is so much better. I love also the selection of plates and sizes.

I bought it for a gift, and my friend loved it! It has the right sizes of dishes: plates, salad plates, cereal or fruit bowls, and pasta sized bowls. Since it’s also dishwasher and microwave safe, it’s perfect for outdoor meals. As a bonus, you can pat yourself on the back for not using paper products!

These are really cute. The colors are awesome. Bought them for use in our RV for when a paper plate just isn’t enough. They are lightweight, won’t break and they make no noise while traveling down the road. I gave a 4 star because they unfortunately don’t hold up to a sharp knife.

We were looking for non-breakable items that were microwave safe…these do well. Very lightweight but they seem durable so far with useage.

Thin, lightweight, raised edges and microwaveable are the highlights. However, the irritating part is the bowls get stuck together because of an air vacuum created when stacked. It’s hard to pull the bowls apart especially for seniors. Another downside is that they are very soft so they scratch easily. I ruined one of the plates with a regular steak knife cutting my meat on it which caused deep gouges and scratches.
