YOLEO Gravity Inversion Table for Back Pain Relief 2026 New Inversion Table

We just set this up today and it feels very solid and well built once assembled, which is reassuring for an inversion table. I tried it right away and it did help—my back cracked a bit and felt more relaxed afterward. It seems like a useful option if you deal with back tightness or want something for light relief at home. There is a bit of a learning curve. If I lean back too far, it’s not that easy to come back up, so I’d recommend starting slowly and getting comfortable with the range before going fully inverted. Overall, I’m happy with it so far. It works as expected and feels like a worthwhile purchase.

Semi large box upon arrival but not super heavy. Very easy to put together and works great. I was worried about getting stuck, but you can pull yourself up with ease. Is a little big but this folds up to lean against a wall or you can tuck between larger items. Material is great. Tool kit was labeled extremely well.

Works fine. But it would not be safe for the elderly (I am 83 years old) to use alone. So as a person who lives alone, it has not been practical for me to use. It was recommended by my Orthopedic Surgeon as good for back health.

Awesome deal! This Gravity Inversion table is heavy duty with a steel frame and very well made! Took about an hour & half to assemble and they’re easy step by step directions! Very good quality. It was easy enough to put together myself. It looks good! I started using my inversion table 06/26 I was very stiff, my back hurts all the time and I would have headaches. Now I feel like a new person. I haven't had a headache in a month. Not as stiff and I don't have that back pain like before. I love working out with my Inversion table!

Pictures of product do not match actual product. The distributor of this product is too cheap to create a detailed assembly manual in English so we get a barely usable assembly manual that tries to cram instructions in 9 different languages into a small book so as a practical matter the instructions are nearly useless to anyone. I had to go to the hardware store and buy extra nuts because the hardware included did not have sufficient nuts for assembly. The L shaped safety hook refered to in the instructions so the unit can be folded without it snapping back and hitting you simply does not exist. It did not come with the hardware, even if it did there is no place on the cross bar to attach it to. Also, this unit does not fold flat, the pictures showing that are grossly misleading, fully folded the back pad sticks out about 20 degrees because the crossbar is poorly designed and too high on the frame. The useless instructions also say to begin inversion with a 20 degree angle and refer to the markings on the unit. Those markings do not exist. Thankfully, I have an engineering background and was able to figure out how to make it all work. I am going to keep this thing because taking it apart and putting it back in the box to get a refund is not worth the effort...but I would not buy ANYTHING from YOLEO again.

I really wanted this inversion table to be a practical solution for back pain relief, but after using it for about 6 weeks, I can only give it 3 out of 5 stars. While it has some solid features and decent build quality, the actual usability is more limited than expected, especially if you’re planning to use it independently. On the positive side, the construction feels sturdy and secure. The steel frame and overall design give it a stable foundation, and it’s reassuring to know it supports up to 300 lbs. The lumbar support and padding are also comfortable enough for short sessions, and assembly was relatively straightforward compared to other fitness equipment. However, the biggest drawback, and honestly the most important one, is how difficult it is to properly balance and invert on your own. The table does not smoothly tip backward and return upright using just your body weight, which is how inversion tables are typically intended to function. Instead, it often requires you to awkwardly shift, push off, or even have someone assist you to get fully inverted or return to an upright position. This becomes a real issue during actual use. If you live alone or expect a seamless, controlled inversion experience, this can feel frustrating and even a bit unsafe. The lack of smooth weight distribution makes it hard to find that “effortless pivot point” that better inversion tables provide. The adjustability options are there, but even after tweaking the height settings multiple times, it still didn’t feel properly calibrated for balanced movement. It ends up feeling like the center of gravity is off, which defeats the purpose of a gravity-based system. Another downside is that it's fairly bulky and not something you’ll want to move around frequently. Combined with the usability issue, it makes the overall experience feel less convenient than advertised. To be fair, it does provide some relief once you’re fully inverted, and for the price point, the materials and safety features are respectable. But the core functionality, smooth, independent inversion, is where it falls short. Overall, this inversion table works, but not as effortlessly as it should. If you have someone to assist you or don’t mind a bit of trial and error getting in and out of position, it may still be worth considering. Otherwise, those looking for a more seamless, solo-friendly experience may want to explore other options.

I’ve been having a herniated disc on L4-L5 that touched my nerve, which caused me a lot of pain on my hip, thigh, and all the way to my leg, also causing me numbness to my skin. I tried medication, physical exercises that I saw on YouTube, which may have helped a little, but not enough to restore my mobility. Then I heard other people that have been helped by using inversion table. So, I bought this one, the price was good, and by only using it for five minutes, in a couple of days the pain was gone, and I was ale to work normal again. The back is still tender if I’m on my feet longer, but when that happens, I just hope on my table for up to 5 minutes, and I’m fine again. Now I just need to do some exercises to strengthen my muscles, in order to avoid this from happening again.

Super table malgré un encombrement important. J’ai soigné deux hernies discales grâce a la table (et des exercices de gainage). Impression étrange de bascule tête en bas au début mais on s’y fait vite. Ajustement avec règle graduée précise. Facile à monter seul.

Wir besitzen diese Inversionsbank nun seit einigen Wochen und die Schmerzen sind eindeutig besser geworden und an manchen Tagen nahezu wie weg. Das Gerät selber ist gut verarbeitet und bietet alles was man braucht. Wir wollen dieses Gerät definitiv nicht mehr missen und würden es uns immer wieder bestellen. Ein einziges Manko bietet lediglich die Aufbauanleitung, welche an einigen Stellen einiges an Fragen aufwirft und kaum hilfreich war. Zum Aufbau haben wir aber ein Video auf YouTube von dem Hersteller selber gefunden, womit der Aufbau gut zu bewältigen war.

Super Teil, habe es ganz gemütlich in 2 stunden zusammen gebaut, habe 6 Bandscheibenvorfälle , hänge mich morgens 5 Minuten und abends 5 Minuten auf und bei mir hat es innerhalb einer Woche dazu geführt das ich seit langem Schmerzfrei bin!!!! 👍👍👍👍👍 Preis Leistung gut , die Klemmvorrichtung könnte stabiler sein , aber für den Preis (119€) ist das okay, sonst finde ich das Teil recht stabil 👍

Llevo varias semanas utilizando esta mesa de inversión YOLEO y la experiencia ha sido excelente. La estructura se siente muy robusta y segura, incluso durante inversiones pronunciadas. El soporte lumbar aporta un extra de comodidad y ayuda a relajar la zona baja de la espalda. Me gusta especialmente el sistema de ajuste multiángulo, ya que permite empezar de forma gradual y encontrar la inclinación más cómoda según las necesidades de cada momento. El montaje fue más sencillo de lo esperado y las instrucciones resultaron claras. Después de cada sesión noto menos tensión en la espalda y una agradable sensación de descompresión. Además, ocupa relativamente poco espacio cuando no se está utilizando. En general, es un producto de gran calidad, estable y fácil de usar. Muy recomendable para quienes buscan una mesa de inversión fiable para aliviar molestias musculares y mejorar el bienestar diario.
