Well made, comfortable and safe pain relief!
I recently had an episode of lower back pain that I hadn't had in years. I forgot how bad it felt and wanted to do something proactive this time around instead of just laying around in pain and taking meds for the pain. I have seen Restorative and Physical Therapy using inversion tables on patients and thought that it may be something worth trying. I saw this table on Amazon and the price was way better than what I was expecting to pay for a good inversion table. I ordered the Yoleo table and it arrived pretty fast. I then worried that at that price this might be some flimsy piece that will be wasted in a year or so, but no! This thing is great! It is well built and it is really easy to put together and set up. I was ready to give it a try in about forty minutes and I was just cruising putting it together. This thing is awesome! I could feel a difference the first time I got on it and inverted. I could feel a huge amount of relief in my lower back, like a gentle stretching and relief of compression and pain. I didn't want to overdo it so I just stayed about 3/4 inverted for about 5 minutes and it was amazing. Every day I go a little farther inverted and stay a little longer in that position and t is really helping with my pain. The table is sturdy and I really like how secure you feel in it. The ankles are firmly secured and you don't slide or move at all as long as you have the height adjustment correct and the ankles secured. I have only been using this thing for a week or so but I am so happy with this thing! I can honestly recommend this to anyone wanting to give inversion therapy a try. This table is well built and should last a long time. I have only one complaint and that is the little rod that acts as the limiter for how far you want to invert will sometimes fall out and I can't figure out how it is meant to stay secured in the frame of the table, but really, I don't ever need it. I just stop myself with the handles when I've reached how far I want to go. That is another thing I like about this table is the handles. You can even do this by yourself if you use the handles to bring yourself back upright. Really glad I took the chance and got this table, I think you will be glad you did too!

Well made. Sturdy!
Sturdy. No worries of falling over. It is a little hard to get back up if you don’t have upper body strength, especially if your back hurts. So have someone near by to give a little push. It really helps stretch you out and relieve some pain.

Inversion table
Easy to assemble , good quality, ankle pads somewhat uncomfortable, I use extra padding. Helpful for low back pain

Wasn’t too easy to set up and quite sturdy
We just set this up today and it feels very solid and well built once assembled, which is reassuring for an inversion table. I tried it right away and it did help—my back cracked a bit and felt more relaxed afterward. It seems like a useful option if you deal with back tightness or want something for light relief at home. There is a bit of a learning curve. If I lean back too far, it’s not that easy to come back up, so I’d recommend starting slowly and getting comfortable with the range before going fully inverted. Overall, I’m happy with it so far. It works as expected and feels like a worthwhile purchase.

Fixed my hip in literally one day
The instructions are easy to follow, read the entire page of instructions before finishing the step. Took my about 45 minutes to put up together but definitely worth it. I went upside down on this and oh my lord this fixed my back and hip that day. This is 100% worth the money and is amazing quality. I will say start with a height taller than you are and also make sure you are not alone. My hip was so far messed up i was limping and debating a chiropractor but i went upside down and i felt so many parts of my body decompress and my hip released and all the pain was gone but I couldn’t get up after the decompression and had to have someone help me back up but was definitely worth it. Perfect.

A pain to assemble and store, but an averagely-functional inversion table
First off, I ordered a red one, and got a blue one. Not a huge deal, but still thought I'd point it out. ASSEMBLY: This thing is a pain to assemble, though some of that can't really be helped since it is a large piece of exercise equipment. However, I have a few gripes: - There is a hex key (allen wrench) included, but for some asinine reason, the long arm of the key has a Philips screwdriver head... there aren't any Philips screws included in this. This makes the long arm of the key absolutely useless. There are some tight spots that are extremely cumbersome to assemble using the short end of the key alone, so unless you have a key that fits floating around, you're stuck doing the whole thing with the short end of the key. - A lot of the bolt holes had imperfections in them that prevented the bolts from being inserted at all. I had to use a metal file and/or pliers to shave/snap off these imperfections so that I could insert the bolts. One, in particular, I didn't find until I was balancing the whole body rest on my arm to line it up with some other holes and push the bolt through with my other hand - My unit came with a piece that does not match the picture provided in the instruction manual, at all, so I wasn't sure what it was for - The instruction manual is written in some of the worst broken English I've ever read. In some parts, I had no idea what the instructions were telling me to do. - A few of the diagrams in the instruction manual don't make sense, with bolts floating in places where they shouldn't be, or diagrams indicating that bolts go into places where there are no holes USAGE: The device is pretty simple to use. The shoulder pads actually hurt horribly, so maybe throw on some extra padding. This may just be because I'm not used to using one of these yet, but if you plan on going totally upside-down, getting back up is a lot harder than it looks. Also, the foot-rest-extension-rod-thing has a long sticker on it indicating different heights (in centimeters). This bottom end of this sticker has already gotten caught/crumpled/peeled off after using the device once and adjusting to my height. Also, there is a "protective belt" but I don't think mine came with one? There are two ends stapled to the backrest, but they are just the ends, and don't even come close to meeting? I checked the packaging, but couldn't find the rest of any belt. ALSO: I have used this device twice, now. The second time, I went full upside-down. Upon returning right-side-up and getting off the machine, the bolts that are used to hold the A-frame legs steady had somehow fallen out! I had not done any violent shaking or shuffling around! Really, those bolts are just there as a precaution, but still... when your safety features fail that easily, it kinda makes me uncomfortable to hang myself upside-down on it again. STORAGE: Yeah, there's no good way to store this thing. It doesn't really neatly fold up like it shows in the pictures. In order for it to be stored like it is in the pictures, the headrest actually needs to rest up against the wall, and the legs will have to stick out away from the wall a good foot or so. Overall, it serves its purpose I guess. Haven't had any amazing sessions on it, but it does feel kinda good "hanging out." I get kinda dizzy and stuffy-headed after hanging upside-down for a few mins, but that's no fault of the device itself. It claims to be able to support 300lbs, but I would not recommend a person of 300lbs or anywhere close to it gets on this thing

Sturdy, fun and easy.
This is so sturdy, easy to use and soooo great for situps- you do have to remove the back pad to do the sit ups, but I love it. I go full back and I love the feeling. My posture is improving. My abs are stronger from the situps and the obliques I do, and I feel maybe 2 mm taller! I did need to hire someone to assemble it. I am glad I did.

Feels great but is intense
Easy to put together and does fold. Would recommend taking the ankle locking part off to fold it up since it still has about a foot wide footprint while that's on and it's folded up, with out it that cuts it in half. The first few times I used it I was sore and it was intense, I started and have been on the 2nd level anything passed that is basically upside down.

ME LA RECOMENDÓ MI FISIO, LA NECESITABA!!!!
Excelente producto!

Absolut begeistert!
