This replacement remote for the garage door opener works well so far, ordered them to replace my old ones. They are easy to set up and reliable. There's this little quirk though – sometimes it needs an extra press to get going, especially on chilly mornings. But most time they did the job in one press. A quick press makes the garage door whir open smoothly. Battery life is decent; haven't had to change it yet. The range is good enough for me to start opening the door as I turn into my driveway. The build quality feels sturdy, not like those flimsy gadgets that seem to crumble at a stern look.

Did not work at all in terms of programming for gate codes. The frequency is unable to match and align and the buttons were faulty from the gecko. Really huge dissapointment.

It's nice that there are out there. The instructions are clear with some good photos and batteries are included. I like the light color and compact size. You could use a sharpie to number or name them.That said, DIP switches went out of style in 1993 and newer openers use a rolling code so matching up the switches inside the remote with your switches on the opener is not really a thing anymore.I am sending them back for someone else to try as my opener is newer and thus not compatible.

These compact garage remotes are a significant upgrade from my bulkier remotes. Their small size doesn't compromise functionality. I've been impressed with their performance so far. Great choice if you are looking for this style of garage remote.

Works better than our normal sized remote! Was a bit skeptical when it first came in due to it feeling so light. To our surprise, not only does it work better than our normal sized unit, but it is so small it fits perfectly in a waist pack for late night walks. Highly recommend!
