Good Quality
Purchased two of these - one for front door and one for the back door. Not a heavy door handle, but definitely not flimsy. Happy with quality and no adjustment needed for fitting to replace another faulty handle. Happy with quality and price.

You will need to chisel out the door for the strike plate to fit if your door if not already done
I loved how easy the installation was. It is great to get 3 keys per lock. I ordered three of these but one of the boxed was missing a strike plate. I can't get a hold of anybody to talk about this. All I need is the strike plate that goes on the door and I won't have to return the whole thing. Anybody? Please help.

Dangerously Defective Product - DO NOT BUY!
The product was purchased for use on a small storage shed, Installation was easy and everything seemed fine at first. Before I shut the door I tried locking the unit from the inside, however, I WAS UNABLE TO UNLOCKED THE UNIT FROM THE INSIDE AND I WOULD HAVE BEEN TRAPPED INSIDE IF I HAD CLOSED THE DOOR. As an adult, I could have broken a window and likely crawled out, but my 5 and 7 year old grandchildren would have been trapped and likely scared stiff. Even worse, what if a neighbor's kid entered the shed and locked themselves in without anyone knowing they were inside? After unlocking the door with a key I repeatedly locked the door from the inside and the problem continued. On a few occasions I was able to wiggle the knob and unlock it from the inside, however, most of the time it wouldn't unlock without using the key. Perhaps I bought the only bad unit every made, but the type of failure I experienced caused me to immediately return the unit and I strongly recommend against purchasing this item. Dave

This lock is really good, it feels strong and well-made. It’s easy to install and works smoothly when opening and closing the door. It makes me feel safe and secure, and it also has a simple but nice design. Definitely worth it.🤩

Only the key locks it
Nice knib, but when I try to lock the door with the tab of the knob it doesn't lock. Only the key works to lock it. I would only use this for closets and storage spaces.
