BRILLIANT!
The media could not be loaded. If you have a fan of this kind of toy in your home, then you won't get a much better gift than this for them. It's just brilliant!Certain to leave a trail of foam bullets all around the house, this toy machine gun is well designed and sturdy, with plenty of exciting features. The box is packed full of parts and accessories. The gun itself comes in a series of individual parts for assembly. Instructions are clear but it could probably be assembled by someone carefully looking at the product image on the box.Parts include the main body of the gun, a stock, a barrel grip, a physical sight as well as an optical sight, a tube connecting the muzzle, a spring loaded stand and two magazines. It is straightforward to put together, with self contained tightening screws integrated into the parts themselves.Power is supplied by the included rechargeable power pack, which comes with a charging wire and a mini screwdriver to allow access to the compartment in the body where the power pack sits, attached through an easily connected wire. The gun comes with a large number of foam bullets, half with plastic tops, half with plastic suckers, and these are easily loaded into the magazines. A secondary trigger engages the power while the regular trigger despatches the bullets with a satisfying 'phut phut' sound. The gun allows for three firing modes, single, burst and three shot burst. The sight requires adjustment but is largely accurate. Range is good. The accessories include safety goggles, a smart tactical vest with various clips and spaces for spare bullets and magazines, and a decorated mask/scarf.All in all, solidly constructed, easy to assemble and satisfying to fire. A superb buy!

4.5* shoots impressively far
The media could not be loaded. Auto Nerf blasterA brilliant and large NERF blaster, at roughly 91cm long, it's a decent size. It has a working scope, two magazines, 150 bullets and accessories to wear, which hold your bullets. The build was ok, I would add the long pole first, then add step 1, 2 and 3. It's much easier than trying to slide the pole through the pieces afterwards. There are fold down legs, which make it self standing, this doesn't really balance it well enough, the magazine sticks out a little too far for it to balance right, in the picture it's leaning against the sofa at the back. You can adjust the scope view to suit. Add your Nerf bullets to the magazines and choose your mode. You can have it on semi-automatic, shoot 3 bullets, or full automatic. The first bullet can sometimes get a bit stuck if you haven't added it in correctly to the magazine, you have an easy access area at the top, so you can view the top bullet, slide it a tad and it's sorted. This absolutely blasts the bullets out, I had to stop shooting them into the next room as they were getting lost, they do go impressively far.For the amazement on my friend's lads face for this Nerf blaster, I would recommend it. The stand legs may need a little playing with though to fix the balance! Slightly more than I thought it would be.

Literally hours of fun off one charge
The media could not be loaded. This arrived really nicely packaged into a compact, branded box.Inside, the main parts are individually wrapped in cellophane. The parts themselves are all well made and formed from an ABS type, tough, rigid plastic. The pieces all fit together well. The instructions are not complex and are easy to follow. Some parts require the screws to be loosened to enable them to slide into position more easily, bear that in mind especially for the barrel parts and the sight.Once assembled you get a pretty large rifle for a toy, around three feet overall length. The battery is the only disappointing part to this set. It needs charging fully which takes about 3-4 hours. The battery is completely empty when you get it.I'd hate to give this to any kid as a gift and then they not be able to use it for three hours, so charge it before gifting. The battery life is good though. Been plinking away with this for over an hour. Can knock down empty coke cans and it is pretty accurate (make sure you ensure the darts are perfectly straight as you load them up and they fly straighter. It took a minute to figure out how to work it.There is a small power trigger beneath the main trigger which you need to hold in before you can fire. The rifle will cycle up with a (not too loud) hum, OK, a whine.Once its singing you can start squeezing the trigger. It has 3 modes:(1) Single shot - squeeze the trigger and it will fire 1 dart. Release and squeeze again to fire the next dart.(3) Burst Shot - squeeze the trigger and will fire 3 darts. Release and squeeze again to fire three more.(N) Full Auto - Squeeze the trigger and will continue spitting out darts until you release the trigger.Full Auto is demonstrated in the video. It empties the clip really quickly. Great fun but the secret sniper in me prefers single shot. Great for plinking those coke cans. The range is pretty much as described but the impact at 50 feet is not that great. 30 is about right.Warning: The darts do hit hard. At close range they could cause harm if you get hit in the eye. There are a pair of safety glasses included. If you only have one rifle then make sure whoever is being shot at is wearing them, the shooter isn't going to get hurt after all.To complete the set you get a tactical vest (child size) which includes a facemask, ammo pouches and armbands/wristband for storing darts.Throw in 150 !! darts and the fun will last for a long time.Great nerf style rifle at a reasonable price.Well worth it!
