Nice Essential Oil Diffuser with a cool flame! looks and works great!

I purchased this in July. At first it was great, I use it daily in the office for stress relief. Recently, the mist is no longer reaching out as high or as thick as it used to. And the water level stays pretty (like it's not using as much water as it was in the beginning) high even when in use for 9+ hours a day. I have tried to contact the seller and no one is available to help. The return window has closed and the only thing Amazon will do is help troubleshoot. I would just buy another one, but the price went from $19 when I purchased it to now $31. I'm sorry, but this product is not worth almost double the price when it has barely held up for 3 months. AVOID THIS SELLER AND PRODUCT!

The media could not be loaded. I have officially purchased 3 of these and I couldn’t be happier with them. Works just like it says. Comes with a remote so it’s perfect for when you’re in bed or sitting a little further from the unit. The sleep sounds are great and the fact that the device has Bluetooth capabilities means you can hook up your phone and play whatever sounds you want. I haven’t had any issues with soft blue light and I’ve been sleeping like a baby. Make sure you get some good oils to go with it and you’re all set!

The “Flame” effect is a nice change from traditional diffusers, but this product tries to do too much and fails to do any of them well. First, it’s tedious to use. There’s an internal shield that must be removed to add water and it’s hard to get out, drips water and doesn’t position itself well when re-installing. The controls are frustrating. Two of the 3 buttons perform 20 different actions, using click, long-press and double-click up to 5 times in sequence. You’ll need to keep the instructions around for a long time while getting the hang of it. Of the 3 light levels, even the dimmest is brighter than we want in the bedroom. Likewise, the lowest sleep sound volume level is too loud. Finally, the Bluetooth function works but the speaker quality is very poor. We had hoped this one device would replace our existing bedroom trio of diffuser, sound machine and speaker but it won’t.

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful display with lots of output. Really helps dispurse your oils into the air for a great smelling house and added moisture to the air.

If you are looking for a diffuser i would recommend this one. The color changing light is a nice and they way it looks like a flame while diffusing is a nice relaxing touch as well. The sounds are calming and it has a night setting. The Bluetooth speaker isnt the greatest quality however still nice to have.
